Hi ! I did search on Discovery for a solution but didn't find anything... Also I don't have my hard copy any more due to friends stealing my awesome classic games. Sad

Before the problem appeared, I had Crossfire installed. Turned off my pc and when I turned it back on and tried to launch crossfire it started telling me that a few .dlls were not designed to run on windows. Uninstalled crossfire using FLMM, uninstalled FLMM after the uninstallation of crossfire. When I tried to install my beautiful Discovery 4.87 it says my Resource.dll file is missing. I know that if you want to mod your Freelancer it is best to use a fresh installation but I have done this before and it never gave me this problem. :/

Any ideas on where to download a new one ? Or maybe something I can do to fix it ?

Otherwise I will just go and abuse my friend until he gives me the game, might take a few weeks though.. He's out of town. Smile

(Sorry if I did missed a solution, really did search.)

You're going to need a clean install of vanilla (unmodded) Freelancer. Using both FLMM and Crossfire have undoubtably corrupted your Freelancer files and there's no other way to fix it properly. While it might have worked for other mods, Discovery 4.87 onwards has a strict installation process in order to avoid bugs and/or file corruption.

PS. Don't use FLMM... just make separate copies of the game and install mods manually, and don't forget to back up then wipe SP save files when switching between mods.

There was a sig here, once.
