My problem is that if I run the flserver.exe and then write the name etc., it will be loaded however it won't show up the cmd, neither load the flhook. I have already reinstalled, but it doesn't help. Anyone who can please help me. Thank you!

I have no idea and never worked with that OS, I can only give you some suggestions from what's in my mind

Also on a sidenote, the FLServer does minimize to the tray over here, did you check that out before `you continue?

Code:
-> Close FLServer Process via process list
-> Uninstall Discovery
-> Uninstall Freelancer
-> Clear Cache & Co with a tool like CCleaner
-> Install the 'All-in-One' runtime Library (LINK: http://www.chip.de/downloads/All-in-One-Runtimes_37449838.html )
-> Reboot Device/PC
-> Install Freelancer
-> Install Discovery

Since your GUI doesn't show up, I guess that it could be a runtime missing. Maybe put the Vanilla FL Disk into the rom and uninstall all your DirectX and install the one given by the disk
