Alright here is the issue which is boarder-line to abuse.

Yeah it is fair to fine 25 mills for breaking to laws in terms of smuggling. No complaints.
The actual complaint however is the stupidly large fine of 35 million for not halting for an =LSF=

So let's get things straight here, shall we?

The fine was over and down with a long time ago. That fine was HUGE for something so minimal and pretty much inRP for my faction anyway. Firstly, I am not gonna be paying 35 million as a faction leader for every time there is a fun cop chase and the cop is butt-hurt that he let the guy get away and posts a huge fine on him, threatening also to have an FR5 for the whole faction as well out of a whole house. This SAME info was used to FR5 us from LSF bases and now you will use the same info AGAIN?

So basically this fine was already discussed in the LibGov channel and was there that it was said it was too big.

Now that Jonas is gone you decide to say screw that and re-demand the fine since you have now no opposition.

Please explain yourself how this is fair.

Here's a tip: tell your faction members not to run from the cops. Getting caught iRP and then trying to weasel your way out of paying in an OORP thread is a pretty poor practice, imo.

For the record, this fine is for flying around with 2 navy and a police pilot in that persons cargohold and then refusing to stop when asked, which constitutes kidnapping and possible murder of liberty officials.

LSF chose to be nice here and instead decided to attempt to RP it in such a way that it was not kidnapping, but decided to issue a larger fine instead.

Furthermore, each law enforcement agency in Liberty has two representatives in libgov. Out of a total of six individuals, only Jonas, the person you mentioned voiced any concern with the amount given.


If you have any additional complaints about how this has been handled, if you wish I am willing to retcon the fine and events leading up to this and return to the point where the AFC pilot flew away while holding liberty pilots in their cargohold and continue under the assumption that AFC is involved in attacking and kidnapping liberty officials.

Fair enough. I wanted to know why was the fine placed at a high standard since I remember this being an issue at the time with several people backing up my statement on this. I did not however see the "kidnapping" thing as well.

All I am asking is to explain. NOT the freaking weasel my way out of paying 35 million. Please. Take your stupid remarks and shove them down your throat and keep them there @Prowler . You not only are a troll but are also going into a topic which you have no part of PLUS are assuming too much from me. I suggest you STOP harassing me.

It doesn't matter if it's in your lore or not, if you break the law, you suffer the consequences. Resisting arrest by running away from the authorities probably isn't going to give you any favors.

Going into a feedback thread talking about how a 35 million credit fine is "boarder-line abuse" instead of just replying to the comm with "I don't get why I'm being fined for something I didn't do" sounds an awful lot like trying to weasel out of something OORPly that can be easily resolved iRPly, but whatever. Just from an LSF member.
