As for turning supply consumption off, we'll think about it.

This request should have been posted in spring or summer then, because there is for example certain request of mine which was submitted in July and it´s still unanswered because admins are apparently still thinking about it.

It's the player's fault he decides to use obviously not working lame perk system (which sucked big time even back then when it was introduced)

I gave input and voted on your request, waiting for others now.
In advance of the question, perk rework was in discussion before forum rollback, and it is again.
