Just did the same to me.

I logged in on a ship docked there, checked the tags list, lo and behold, the ship that was locked out is on the list of allowed tags.

Also, defensemode 2.

I logged in on a ship docked there, checked the tags list, lo and behold, the ship that was locked out is on the list of allowed tags.

Also, defensemode 2.

BMF are having the same problems with their own bases atm.
