Can demand cargo and credits from ships outside of Kusari house space, and attack them if they do not comply. Ships belonging to Samura are exempted from this.

Looks pretty obvious to me that Hogosha may only pirate within systems directly bordering Kusari and Lyonnais

I firmly believe that the Silvereye Dragons Syndicate, part of the Hogosha Association, deserves a mention here. Because, as it currently stands, it's ranks are made up entirely of women.

Other than that, you can't pirate outside of your ZoI. If your line does not contain "everywhere" in it, it's 99.9% chance you can only do this within your ZoI. And that's the case here.

Aren't Hogosha having Sigmas in their ID?

Taken from Hogosha ID:

Can attack unlawfuls and ships which belong to a house or organisation considered hostile by Kusari within their Zone of Influence.

This means, you cannot KOS GMG.

Zone of Influence: Kusari, systems directly bordering Kusari, Lyonnais , Taus , Sigmas

However, this allows you to pirate GMG in Sigmas (Okinawa is Sigmas).

Can attack Junkers and Gallic Junkers anywhere.

Bit this allows you to wage war against JM. Everywhere.

Um, big Hogosha ID has Sigmas in their ID, from what I remember. Even Taus.

Seems a bit odd that factions can't even have roleplay if it doesn't perfectly fit with the ID.

Perhaps a faction with all SRP ID's is needed?

Yes having to follow ID restrictions when trying to evolve RP can be irritating at times but it is a necessary evil to keep balance and prevent people doing stupid stuff that would never fit within a factions lore. Not sure if it is even possible but I do know that even if it is SRPing for an entire faction would be incredible tough and would need to have a lot of pre-existing RP and good reasons to justify to the admins.

I'm not in that faction just to make myself clear. I just wanted to point out that your statement about ZOI is kind of wrong, since Taus and Sigmas are in Hogosha ZoI. ^^

As for roleplay justification, GMG can KOS Hogosha according to their laws. I see no reason why Hogosha shouldn't do eye for eye in Sigmas (only).
