I usually just feel bad and let them be, but sometimes blue message.

It would be nice if we could figure out a better way to deal with it than driving off all the players that don't know english.

A difficult subject, since this is a english speaking server. Some people understand you but they have a bad english (like me).

A player who understand nothing what i'm talking about, i try to explain it in german, greek or maybe in Italian (cause that are all Languages that I speak) But of course not in local chat. If he still don't understand i tell him to go away. Some players don't or want not understand what's means: Go away. Yeah than a blue message - unfortunately.

My English isn't perfect and I'm glad that the people of Discovery welcomed me nevertheless. In my opinion everyone deserves the chance to play here, as long as you follow the rules.
I wouldn't ever blow up someone just because he doesn't have proper English knowledge.

If I am on a character that is demanding something from them and they can't fulfill the demand because they can't understand me I blue message, usually to lazy to bother with reporting in general. People shouldn't feel bad about it, this is a English only server because RP is an important part of the server and people that can't communicate can't contribute to RP.

Also, people that can't speak English well are fine but those who can't at all really shouldn't be here, it can be a bit harsh but honestly just how it is.

I always tried to get an idea about the person behind the pixel . Figure out what level of English they do understand and try to communicate with them privately to see if they understood about this being a role-play server. And IF...they sounded the least bit interested in learning about a transgression or accepting an offer to work with them on their understanding of English , then so much the better for the server. Though , I must admit.....there are some who come here that just do not care for the role-play aspects....they just wanna blow stuff up........and we all have been in those shoes a time or two. Point being......give it a bit before you hit ALPHA-STRIKE.....know wut I mean Vern ?
