What roleplay has your faction been involved in? There are some events being arranged with a variety events, including one with BD that is mostly in the works right now. However in the not to distant future there shall be a burst of activity due to these events. Unfortunately there is little forum documentation because there all over Skype. There are also some mini-RP projects i have ideas for.

Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month Operation Kamikaze, the return of the Exiles to Kusari. Except for that a few small patrols.
What roleplay has your faction been involved in? See above, the event mainly
Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with? Yes. As all of Kusari, 343 suffers from a massive activity problem. It's a downward spiral, caused by people getting frustrated over multiple things and then not even encountering people to RP with. What 343 in particular needs is members that are interested in contributing, both RP and activity.
Are there any outstanding requests linked to your faction? Yes, the ID of the Exiles still does not reflect the new ZOI, as well as the request to rename the NPC faction related to their return.
Is there anything you would like to add? Yes. I'd like a shift from nomads over nomads over nomads towards a more human-driven storyline. With the Rheinland update, the Civil war in Kusari etc etc there's a lot of possibilities there.

Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month In all, when we could login, we were focusing on group piracy and Omicron Alpha system defense, with every other bit of time being in-game RP or cardi smuggling.
What roleplay has your faction been involved in? One of our major projects saw a pretty sizable amount of movement this month, but sadly a majority of my memberbase is rather busy with school starting up again ('Murica). Primarily though, January was a month of character development and diplomacy for us.
Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with? We're in a process of revision right now as we begin to re-work a majority of our lore and whatnot. Community input on the new page can be directed to my skype~
Are there any outstanding requests linked to your faction? I put in player requests for clarifications and fixes to the Outcast ID months ago pertaining to the nonsensical omission of certain systems from our ZOI, and have yet to hear anything back... Wish I could provide a link but the subforum is kinda invis'd to me. Delaying these fixes not only hampers myself and my faction, but everyone flying the Outcast ID as a whole.
Is there anything you would like to add? There's a lot we really want to do with the faction, and with many others alongside, but it's rather difficult to even consider putting forth the effort on large projects when even the most basic requests for fixes are ignored for months on end. February onward will be rather large for at least one project for the Crimson Cross, and we'd really like it if we could actually y'know... not be ignored?

What roleplay has your faction been involved in? Nothing special in this time , standard reports , with bounty board contractors and faction owned base a bit .

Mostly enforcing the law in Dublin, smuggling gold or gold ore, and of course mining the later.
We enfortunatly didn't had many fight against either the BAF, the corsairs or even corporate security forces.
Shipping some goods to Viernheim for Tangier colonisation.
We were barely involved in the , let's say strange not to use some other pejorative word, nomad rp in Newcastle and NewLondon

Is this all about forum rp, or also in game ?
Mostly individuals wanting to interact with the Republic of Dublin, and of course involvment in the omegas, with the SCRA and hessians.
Also spent quite some time trying to recover what was lost during the crash in November, however not all wasn't salvaged.
Digged out the plans of the Republic to fortify the Nebula cloud in o-49 to protect Londonderry and Dublin from the corsairs raiders.

Yes there is.
We do lack players that could invest time in the faction, players able to rp or that could act like staff in the faction.

Yes aplenty, i would say.
We're totally disconnected from the dev team or admins, and i was lucky to find the link to this post in the RHA chat. It would be nice if we were informed when changes happen.
We're still wondering how the recent change about ore salepoint will be benificial for the faction activity or detrimental and how much it will impact the faction.
( for example, i noticed that we wern't going to gallia anymore, missing the chance to interact with local factions, that could have led to deeper rp. )
We wern't even consulted ( and i wonder even if we were took into account ) about what would be the best positioning for a unique gold mining field in Dublin.
So, we're awaiting for the change about salepoint from Kilrea to Garvagh ( in Derry ).
The Molly were also the only faction which Gold mining bonus was nerfed from 2.5 to 2.0 and would like to have it back.
We also lost the trade run between belfast and Foyle, when ship hull panel has been splited bewteen ablative armor plating and the pob commodity of the epenymous name.( AAP are now sold for higher price then it's bought at Foyle ).
We're also wondering why the Molly ID doesn't allow its bearer to escort ships of the same ID ( out of ZOI ).

I already spent too much time checking the activity tracker to make sure, every player logged for an entire hour and not 56mn, that i even have less time to take care of the rp aspect of the game, which one i still enjoy and kept here. Seriously, having this activity requierement removed was the best thing that happened last year, and i don't even understand why i was reinstored. We don't need other full time jobs...
We're also awaiting in fear the Doom the dev team could lay upon us... anew.
Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month We've had some minor patrols and engagements, mostly with KNF and their allies. Nothing much to speak of.
What roleplay has your faction been involved in? We've been fairly inactive on this front due to massive internal changes that are currently being undertaken and some surprise
Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with? The only thing we could really do with is some fresh blood, but part of that is merely a problem I need to deal with.
Are there any outstanding requests linked to your faction? The Dragons would greatly benefit from smuggling routes that we could run as it'd be a source of income and activity for us. It would also provide an inRP source of income.

Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month Occasional patrols around Rheinland, forays into revised Luneburg/Omicron Rho, occasional skirmishing with Rheinland Lawfuls. Not too much in-game of note, though a fair amount of our work last month was more "internal" and forum-based.
What roleplay has your faction been involved in? A Fair amount of Forum RP involving myself, Char Aznable, TheJarl, Ichiru, and Wulverine. Additionally I keep bothering the faction to pay more attention to this but we may need the economic side from Xoria's end to be completed before the "incentive" really takes off.
Is your faction experiencing problems the community could help with? Chronic inactivity; we tend to come and go in waves. Anyone interested in a decentralized ranking system and "Deep" roleplay in the sense of constantly seeking both our internal and external People's utopia is encouraged to apply.
Are there any outstanding requests linked to your faction? None that I can think of other than long-buried requests for dockability with both ALG and the Liberty Navy.
Is there anything you would like to add? A Bundschuh Shipline to supplant a bit of our "mix and match" from half-a-dozen other lines, but that's my own opinion and I'll discuss it with any interested modellers.

Provide a brief summary of what your faction has done this month In the Month of January OSI- Produced 11 PoB Manufactured Items, totaling 2.45 Billion Sirius Credits in sales, representing 678,608 units of ingame items moved.
Furthermore OSI- conducted Two Contracts with other Factions, namely Gateway Shipping and Archangels Fighter Club.
There is also the repair and retrofit of Gran Vista Orbital, but that is on hold since last year, shall be resumed in February.
