Umm ... Tinkerbell ...

1. I was in my .:J:. Tagged Eagle ... the same ship the Guard NPC's fly in Puerto Rico

2. I said nothing, did nothing but dock and my rep is perfect Junker i.e. red to Xenos and Hogosha.

3. I was under the obvious misconception that I was already a member ... now corrected.

4. I have now decommissioned my congress ship, a process which drew the ire of the admin guys who wanted to know why I was "stripping ships and transfering cash" as if I were involved in some kind of scam.

5. I really wish you had posted your comments before I gave the guild my nice guns.

When I said your "character"--I meant just that--the character--not you as a player.

I didn't know if you were in the tagged ship or not.

Will recoup you for any losses--just let me know what you need.

My sincere apologies for the misunderstanding as i had you confused with a different player. My bad.

In order to help make up for this, I had three Xenos interrogated for three times the normal amount of time.

We will be posting the "Congressional Charter" soon spelling out some of our administrative practices and this will be clarified.

The "Junker Congress" (faction) is announcing and enforcing the 2k no engagement zone. Ships may dock, or pull away and continue to fight--but not be engaged or engaging within the 2k radius of the base.

Ways this will be enforced are by the presence of Adjudicator cruisers and the imposition of penalties upon pilots who refuse to honor this code. Junkers of all types are allowed to defend themselves and the bases from attack within this area.

More detail will be in the charter (I'll try to post it this weekend). It will explain "other measures" we will use to penalize offending pilots at our bases.

I had hoped to be approved as an official faction before policing our stations.

It really was my own fault for flying the guild colours before we are official ... will head off and do some quiet, anonymous trading till its all done ... cheers.
