Unless you plan on living on your ships, you and your men will be given temporary accommodations on Cadiz. Some say they've seen more comfortable prisons than the low end units we have available, but the place is fairly crowded and its all we can spare right now. Should you and your people prove to be the real deal, we can talk about upgrading.
That being said, you will find a copy of the Laws of the Corsair Empire in all Cadiz's docks. Consider the Codex your new Bible. We will also want a full list of your party which will be very very detailed: name, ship designation, ship type, make and model, weapon and equipment setup (that will also apply for future ship or technology acquisitions, we wish to know about any purchase before you do it).
