No way.
Junkers are supposed to be a big family of members who mind thier own buis first but stick together when mess
happends.
A council like the Zoner's one is a good idea but this thing here is nothing but egomania.
Err... read it again, that covers your third sentence (the one after 'no way'). They don't represent all Junkers, just a group of them who feel that all Junkers need to stand up for themselves and demand some respect. Plus the inevitable secret agenda or two that forms whenever any large group assembles for enough time.
As for everything else, do you know what happens to factions without command structure? They die. Fast. We need good Junkers, and this is one helluva way to do it. Plus, if the guy responsible for a faction and fully capable of running it isn't supposed to run it, then WHO THE HELL IS???
EDIT: As a side note, when you post these 'you suck' style comments on factions (like the Harvesters), it might be easier to weigh your opinion in if you ground it somewhere more firmly. You may have a very legitimate reason to feel so negatively toward them, but if you don't tell us why pretty specifically it looks like a flame for no reason other than pyromania. You need not write a dissertation like Unselie kept doing in the Machine ID thread, but some meat for discussion is good. Very good.
Thanks Sovereign--I couldn't improve on your response.
I have been quite careful to make it clear we aren't "taking over the Junkers". Our faction just represents a group of them--like any faction in the game. All we want to do is add a facet to the sparkling gem of Junkerism.
I put a lot of time into making sure our faction proposal didn't force anyone else to change their role play because of our actions. No one has to change their stance towards Junkers as a whole because of what we do. Other Junkers can go on as if we didn't exist--nothing we do requires anything of them. It's all voluntary.
"So Tinkerbell, what are we doing tonight?"
"The same thing we do every night Oniros--trying to take over the world."
Haha.
Thanks Sovereign. And yes--a leaderless, direction less faction is going nowhere real fast.
Faction proposals have historically taken a while to be accepted. The Bundschuh folks have been waiting a lot longer than you guys, so hold out on the NCCs...
So I will ask an honest question. Why the delay? A faction now spends 500mil and puts up the request (where does this money go anyway?). Why would it take a month to decide? If the idea is garbage say no if its cool but needs some changes then say so. Im not trying to force anyones hand but I just dont understand why it takes so long.
I believe the wait is for the community and the admins to see your in-game and forum RP and activities. As there has been certain situations involving the Bundschuh, I think the admins are waiting for them to prove their worthiness.
That means the :J: should try and make their presence known, and respected (to increase the presence, if you understand what I'm trying to say).

Heh yeah I get what you are saying. So keep up the good rp JC and we may yet be official :)
Yes--if we have good role play--odds are good. It has historically taken awhile. I have no idea why. Perhaps the 5000 euro bribe I emailed din't arrive :)
No--I didn't change the name since the first time. Don't make me destroy you, boo-ooy.

Please don't respond anymore to Old_Steel. He is just trolling and admins have been informed.
