Oh fantastic, I get to send another message. Wee-hee-yay(!) - No. I'm getting right to the point this time.

PMS Network

By order of the Hellfire Legion, within my right as Executive Commander under the Commonwealth of House Liberty, your installation has been found to be constructed illegally and without notice to the Commonwealth. Surprisingly, this was built out of the way, and its distance from frequented territory leaves me with the assumption that this facility is not operating with the best intentions in mind. On behalf of the Commonwealth, The Lord Commander of the Hellfire Legion and myself, the following demands are made.

- The facility will grant docking permissions to vessels under the control of the Hellfire Legion ([HF]).
- The facility will submit to an inspection by Legion personnel.
- The administrator will submit an apology to the Commonwealth and a note detailing the purpose of the installations.
- A fee of 50,000,000 SC is to be paid to [HF]-Armory.1, and is collectible under taxation on a monthly basis for occupying Commonwealth space.

Failure to comply or acknowledge this message will result in the deconstruction of the facility. If you intend to live somewhere, make sure you follow the laws of the people who control that territory.

I am the administrator of PMS Network in Kepler. Thank you for your notification.
You and I have spoken about this issue since you have posted this message, and we agreed that PMS Network has a chance to register itself to your government via the standard ways provided.
I will do this as soon as time let's me.
