You're very good at picking up the thread at the point where it suits your position most. The "approach of aggression and anger" was in itself prompted by the exact same of arrogant, dismissive stonewall attitude which you're insinuating didn't exist beforehand - people, including myself, have tried time and time again to approach the staff in reasonable, polite, and open methods only to be met with contempt, sarcasm, and a general denial that anything is wrong in the first place.
I've never denied that the attitude didn't exist beforehand. You're putting words in my mouth. I've openly voiced my opinion multiple times on how the staff has handled things. I've even gone to them and discussed becoming transparent with the evidence after a long sit-down with @"King Boo" about solutions instead of ignorance. @Durandal watched that conversation. He knows what my approach was, and he knew it wasn't going to be well received. Guess what? It wasn't.
I did gain some ground, but continued bantering and stomping your feet isn't getting anywhere. I'll even send you that conversation. I'm unsatisfied with everyone's approach, not just a select few.
Currently unable to consistently be present in the Community due to life constraints.

May I ask why these six people deserve to forgo the usual system e.g. Appeal after the 6 month period? Evidence has never been provided to the community regarding any bans, only those who are punished/faction leader (I guess 2iC in a leaders case) may view said evidence.
What is being demanded here is a special treatment and a clear undermining of the ruleset, has this been considered by the striking party?

The admins did not follow the outlined procedure for enforcing Rule 1.0, and banned this people with no warning or justification beside "they were toxic." The banned also have not received any evidence for their ban or the reasoning behind it. All the while, the admins have been Ilene on this outcry and probably seek to brush it under the rug with most controversies.
So what you are doing now is making Disco even more dysfunctional and unstable by throwing literally all of the other members, even those who aren't a part of the forums or the ongoing drama even, under a bus so that you can express yourself?
Is that the point of a dev?
Yes the current situation is spiraling out of control and it will probably will end up with either side tugging on @Igiss to see who is in the right, but I would suggest that at least the dev side of things remain sain for the time being.

These guys aren't the first to log into a banned account without being told it would get banned beforehand.
I also have the impression that certain people are a bit quick to believe the banned individuals when they say
"Oh jeeze... I have NO IDEA why I was banned!"
They're not the first to say that, either.

Well, you know, it's not like "Art quality assurance Lead" or "Balance lead" is as irreplaceable as someone who knows how to program FLHook stuff works. Like Alley, who signed the execution... er... ban order.
