I hear this rumour of a Rogue Destroyer (Stationary) has been put into Coronado? Is there any reason for this, or RP, or anything like that? I just never knew there is an official LR faction or any RP done for it so am just a bit curious? Like is it a stationary destroyer?

Can I get an answer to this?

Well, although I understand that Unknown is used in some players' RP, a lot of other things have changed over time that messed up factions' or players' RP.
So, I think this should not be all of a drama.
