Something like that. I recall one time I was just watching the endless stream of ingame talking scrolling along the radmin console. Within the pile of chatter happening in all systems all on the same feed I spotted 2 players in private chat having a little cyber fest. So yeah I hopped on Skype to call the other administration to check out the console with me. And yeah it was a group laugh similar to that video.
Too bad that the cyber is low quality as induced by the small post size Freelancer has.

They still managed to spam lines to each other. In their own private chat Im sure it all pieced together quite well but back on the console 50 other conversations are streaming in at the same time. I amongst several others had the habit of watching that console for hours on a regular basis. You get used to it as well as all the designations used for each system. Once comfortable with it you can say that you see all things to the other players.
