I think that the ship should be scaled down overall, not shortened. Shortening makes it look like it has an ill pituitary gland.

Collapsed two "decks" to remove gaps all together. Slided them one against another and shrinked the upper one. Duplicated the bridge and moved to rear. Populated engine section with actual engines. For now removed the bottom ramp. The bottom is to be worked at.
