Request: Bretonian Battlecruiser

I've never thought of that awesome abbreviation. Best ship abbreviation ever. I don't fly any kinds of gunboats, destroyers, cruisers or battlecruisers, but I might start the last just because I get the opportunity to be in charge of the BBC.

A good design, btw. But might be hard to hit, which will probably be balanced with bad stats
