Because my power is meaningless in this scenario. I can't secretly house 101st even if I wanted to because they're red to my base gameplay wise unless the base IFF gets changed which it won't. I mean I could "pretend" they are allowed on Manoel and having them dock on a totally different base. Then again they can pretend on their own that they land on Malta too so yeah...

Maybe because he is the only Outcast who is flying there. Which is sad, this place is cute.
I've been considering making an Outcast faction/squadron for that area, but then I log my Junker pirate there and realize the place is dead anyways.

The issue is with how it was put into place. The way it was done, it violates a bunch of rules. Sure I could handle that and move on from this point, but why should I when it's clear that the FR5 shouldn't have been executed in the first place?

With the exception of no rules being violated, as they where actually following the rules by their exact wording. Again, taking green quotes from entirely different cases and other context won't help you here, Divine. The only problem is the lack of clarifications as you question many things.

No matter how this case here will end, it will set new standards and as this is an open discussion, I want to prevent people from setting standards that are as idiotic as taking away some freedom within the roleplay environment. To me, this looks like people are trying to accuse something of metagaming what is not metagaming.
The worst thing is, this entire thing threw up so many new questions that need green statements. There is so much potential to have this stupid thing, instead of just dealing with it, making things even worse. In your language: We don't need a Verschlimmbesserung.

I'm not against ingame PvP. I'm against dumb ingame PvP. Like, I'm not just for fun in the Vagrants or flying around as indie PvP characters. Don't quote me on the thread I made 8 months ago when I was merely a newbie to the server and the unwritten rules. I still have strong views on PvP. Doesn't mean I don't partake in it, when it's not really forced like some people tend to do it.

I once told myself that I wouldn't participate in ooRP forums, and I have to admit that I violated that. I'd like to apologize for having fanned the flames in this pointless thread. The case is with the admins and will be decided by them, probably. I would like to apologize to Divine as I'm sure he invested much time into this thread and everything surrounding it. That is all.
