Can you care to tell how AFC would even guess or 'know' about the minor relation to Johnathan Kalh's Character when there has been zero evidence of any AFC ships seen interacting with the two?

I am curious, what authority does being administrators of Newport give you? Have you just decided the base belongs to you, and if so what does that mean for other players? What gives AFC the right to make rules on a Freelancer base?

I believe he was merely mocking the situation where he saw negative comments from AFC ships in the game freaking out about him supposedly siding with people.

Maybe the words/macro he was using was too harsh. But it still doesn't cancel the fact that you have a question to answer for. As far as I can see, you don't really have any genuine encounters or backed up roleplay for this beyond the Kepler encounter - which has no ground for the claims anyway, since Kalh was distracted, dealing with the AFC ship with the illict cargo.
