Well that's a pretty stand-offish attitude filled answer. You might not be inclined to give everything away, but I don't think you have any right under the rules to enforce any laws, anywhere. So in putting up a thread claiming to be able to create rules for Newport, without any clarification that you don't actually have the power or right to do that, or enforce it, you are taking advantage of players who might not be as savvy when it comes to the rules as I am. That's not fair and this is your official faction feedback thread. Official factions have a responsibility to act according to the rules, and not try to take advantage of other players by doing things they have no right to do. I thought I would ask about it in your feedback thread, and give you an opportunity to explain why this is not what it seems to be, an official faction over-reaching it's allowances under the rules to grab power for themselves over other players. But hey, if you don't feel inclined to talk about it, I will just make sure I sit there and violate every rule you make there and then report you if you try to enforce the rules, and suggest to as many other people as possible to do the same. See, when you decide you don't want to make your rp collaboratively with the rest of the community, and instead try to enforce things you have no right to enforce, you are going to get people to come out against you and try to make your lives hard. It's easier just to be nice to people and try to work together, but hey, you don't feel inclined to answer my questions.
