Pondering the issue about Newport, I have concluded the following:

Until the issue is fixed between the GMG and AFC in regards to GMG's message to take over the station becasue of a few cargo depots that were beyond anyone's control and therefor the "threat" of the base expanding, resulting in a dispute and hasted FR5... The Archangels will be claiming responsibility for main administrative duties of the station. This primarily involves taking a lead on communications from other freelancers or pilots in the area that are being fined and shot at for docking at the base from GMG, as well as dealing with unwanted factions in the area of Newport due to this highly defensive situation.

Once this situation is over and finished, the AFC will be not claiming full administration of the base. We will be keeping our OWN statement constant that since we are NOT freelancers, we wont be responsible of full ownership. However, the AFC will be claiming between 40%-60% of the base and becoming inRP high presence on the station (backed up in game due to our commodity found there too). We will open up a new watering hole for nice forum RP as well as have our communications of Newport changed into a thread for communications of neighbors around and what not. Turf wont be as strictly managed as before, and the AFC will become more passive to others that are around, unless inRP we have a reason to get violent or what not.

Further, sooner or later ill come out with some drawings for Newports Renovation, though it wont be for some time. I'll keep it as a side project and have it come up in parallel to my main project. Designs will be quite similar.

All in all, we will have a strong presence on the station, though I understand all of your concerns.
I hope this is all quite reasonable and understandable.

Could you not metagame? (particularly the part where you fail to have inrp evidence as AFC has only visited it twice for the hostage thing, and only seen it around a neutral base - a junker station - which AFC know it's a 'friendly' or refuelling base to us, nothing more. )
