My name is Curator Leviathan, Second in Command and adviser to Keeper Raven of Auxesia.

As The Government would already be aware of due to hosting the negotiations, we've recently come to an agreement with The Republic of Liberty involving some technology of theirs we've been in possession of illegally (save one vessel, which remains registered on their surplus board). Because of the success of the talks and secession of hostilities between ourselves and the Republic, we now need to adhere to our end of the bargain and begin preparations to return a certain vessel to their forces.

That vessel is a Monument-Class Dreadnought formerly known as the LNS Cincinnati, which was stolen from the Liberty Navy over a year ago by a defunct organization dubbed The Initiative, which later found its way in to our hands and care. Since then, the vessel has been extensively modified from its original combat specifications to serve on the front line in our objectives, as well as a test bed for some newer technology. The vessel its self, however, is far too antiquated to receive any further modifications due to the age of the Monument frame. Part of our agreement with Liberty is the restoration of the vessel's original status. In order to do such, we'd require access to a shipyard facility for not one, but two vessels of similar size in order to strip the Arktos of its equipment, transponder and modifications for its eventual return to Liberty.

Why two? Well, the upgrades and equipment of the vessel will be re-purposed on board our second vessel, the Andraste. Its current equipment is... Inferior. Letting that much work go to waste is not something we intend to allow, as it's a serious waste of resources. Thus its primary and secondary batteries, sensor suites and upgraded medical facilities will be transferred to the Andraste. In addition, due to there being one particular lacking element in the transfer of equipment, we require temporary access to a production facility to manufacture a replacement primary battery for the Andraste's fifth cannon, as the Arktos only has four to transfer. When this is completed, the Arktos will be returned to Liberty, and the Andraste will return to active service.

So in short, we require access to Southampton for two Battleship-Sized craft, and a minor production facility for weaponry production of a singular turret.

To The Bretonian Government and officials,

Allow me to first express my gratitude for aiding in the resolution of conflict between us and The Republic. It's very relieving to know that we can once again begin to thrive without serving as someone elses army.

With respect for your laws and yourselves as friends, we'd ask that some personnel of the Police Authority or Armed Forces be diverted to escort the two vessels - provided Southampton access is granted - through Bretonian space to the shipyard for the duration of their stay. When the necessary work is completed, The Cincinnati will need an escort back to Liberty, and the Andraste will remain open for debate as to its next destination. You'll be informed when a decision is made.

However I must notify both parties that currently, these two vessels are in the fringes of Sirius. The Omicrons, specifically, fighting a war against The Core due to the kidnapping of a particular individual who is considered a close friend, ally and asset to ourselves and the sector as a whole. Thus while we're asking now, it may be some time before both vessels will be returning to civilized territory.

excuse the delay, I think you are aware Kingdom of Bretonia is in state of war with Kingdom of Gallia and we are in need of all of our Shipyard facilities since the Gallic forces conquered Leeds we are more in need of Southampton. I think the Republic of Liberty would be the right place for you but this won't work we both know this, so anyways I'm aware those are stolen ships from our allies but since you may return them to Liberty as we speak about the "Arktos", I will grant you access to two of our dry docks on Southampton. Also I will send out you three of my best engineer teams to handle this as swift as possible. We will speak when the work is done Curator.

Mister Ian Gunn,

I can understand your concerns in regards to the Gallic invasion. We share some issues with Bretonia in regards to their actions against Sirius, and their slow approach to our fleet location. As the Keeper stated, we will likely be providing much more combat assistance against the Royal Navy, now that our forces are no longer tied down fighting Liberty. At the very least you can rest assured that both assets will be swiftly worked on and both will be deployed to aid the Crown against the Royalists without a doubt.

I also should thank you for the offer of assistance. Some materials will be needed for some minor construction work, which will not be an issue much longer.
