No lag issues on my connection but when the new system came in I was experiencing a lot of issues. I hope all this helps =)

Pretty much what Yao said: constant fluct/loss, long loadings. Problem seems to be smaller when there is more players (read: less NPCs) on server.
Never had any problems with connection here and dont have any problem with connection anywhere else.
