Oh thank god.Maybe most of the crappy no RP pirates will now leave,or even try a new char. Can it truly be? Will i start seeing ship's in other part's of space? I am truly dumbstruk.

Of course in reality i like the crappy/non rp pirates in NY/Penn. That way i travel unmolested all over the other 99% of known space. In 3 week's,and about 200 trip's...i have only met 2 pirates outside of NY/Penn,and they both RP'd with me. Not the normal ""3 mil or die"".

Well at first, im guessing they will all slowly spew out of Pen into NY. Then proceed to the closest good spot in liberty to mine.
