If that isn't the case then I deeply apologise, but it appears to be such way after certain developments and... announcements which gave the implication that it was ignored. Understand that I don't know what is going on behind the doors, and how it can deeply set concern from silence.
Why was my report regarding OCC in local chat ignored, it's a pretty open shut case and should have already passed by now...
unless it's a case of not enough time to look into it yet in which case that's ok.
We wait for people to comment on them and if there is enough conflicting opinions, we discuss until a consensus is obtained.
The Violation Report then has either a No Action Status or is left to be turned in to a Sanction.
Then it is a matter of waiting until an Admin processes the Violation Report and issues a Sanction notice..

Maybe it has something to do with justice, what gives x player the right to act a certain way and go unsanctioned while y player acts the same way and doesn't.
Also personally it's good to give people a kick every now and again to remind them not to act D**kish or in oorp manners.
