there is only one person on our list, and its not you....wow that was easy.
well if theyre not online...how are they attacking you?
and when they are online, and attack...say a destroyer or any capship its posted on that skype chat....hey another easy one.
yeah i have, it ends with something like "screwing for virginity.''...whats your point, are you gona start reciting bob dylan songs now?
I didn't say they were attacking me. This is the statement you should be addressing. > "And you have seen everyone that has been potentially persecuted by the PVP whoring decision made by the 101st?"
I'll trust your word on that shall I? One person on the KOS list. Rightio.
It shows that it's ineffective, in fact the move has invited massive fights and coalitions against the OC "government." Bob Dylan songs are not needed yet.

well then the 101st will have to deal with it.

oh....well fine:(
and so Akumabito doesnt miss it.
Quote:That would make me an outcast clan member, since none of you have bothered to answer my questions. Why is that? Why are you afraid to engage in a point by point debate on this topic?

then post your questions:

and i will answer them.
Well my RP for that ship is in my sig, so if there's any problems I look forward to the trouble.
If the 101st can deal with it. The increased presence of one 101st from zero 101st (at the time when such anti-capship-registration-policy players are on) isn't going to do much.

its a destroyer, all we ask if for them to be registered, for those who do great, for those who dont mot much fuss is going to be raised for a destroyer, the most we usually do is remind them to register when we see them cruising around alpha, thats it. this whole thing is in place for the battleships and dreadnaughts, which we will attack if theyre not approved, first because there is a limited number of them(RP wise) and second to get them you have to go in our guard system.

well then we agree its our problem to deal with.
You mean the Battleships are not sold on Malta?
I don't think the 101st should police them. Frankly, if they're so OORP as the 101st claim, players should take a screenshot and sanction the offending player.
OK, although it's funny that like on the server you demand other people do things your way. Selfish much?
*It has already been admitted by the leader of the 101st that it is possible to police the bad rp'rs without hassling the good rp'rs. You can screenie them, post the screenie and target them without forcing every indie to register as you are currently doing. Forcing good RP'rs to register under threat of PvP whoring them is a clan vs. indie act, the act of a bully.
So why are you forcing good rp'rs to register against their will when it won't have an impact on the server rp? Why target all the indies instead of just the ones who are a problem?
*Bad Rp'rs aren't going to register, they aren't on the forum. In fact only a very very small percentage of the indy OC caps have registered to date. How is this bullying going to actually improve players that don't care enough to be on the forums and likely don't care if you do pvp whore them?
*There is no real evidence that this bad rping is an issue of any measure to begin with. People have mentioned incidents, but no screenies showing the truth behind these incidents have been posted despite asking for them, and the incidents mentioned such as OC cap ships in manhatten won't be addressed by this action since manhatt is outside the OC ZOI. Please provide some real evidence that there actually is a problem that needs addressing.
*How is it justifyable RP wise to dictate another player as a traitor when they aren't in order to PvP whore them?

yes,
but the corisca info card says its the only place capable of building such ships so were gona go off of that.
plus what ships are sold where is a mute point, hell buffalo sells corsair weapons.

it is oorp of just anyone to stroll into a guard system and buy their flagship(which is what were defending and policing), but its nothing worth reporting someone over. sense we can deal with it our selves.

Really, what if my RP states otherwise? Such as it was a "first of it's kind" project, a BS built in space, just outside Malta? Weapon locations are screwed up yes, but ships are not.
It's not OORP if they bear the ID and IFF. It's nothing worth reporting because there is nothing to report.
Oh and I just thought you might want to address this on your way:

You are so wrong there. Ship locations are just as screwed up as weapon spots. Anubis on Planet Kurile, GMG ships on Rheinland bases, the Marsflyer in general...
I won't address the other bit, as that is up to the 101st. However...
Quote:Really, what if my RP states otherwise? Such as it was a "first of it's kind" project, a BS built in space, just outside Malta? Weapon locations are screwed up yes, but ships are not.

If you can provide a plausible story involving a battleship being made outside of Malta, go ahead. I doubt anyone would believe you though. You can't just make a battleship out of nowhere in the middle of the pacific.
Just because they have the ID and IFF, does not mean they are in character. They might (and I have seen ships which) have silly weapons and other equipment. They might be lolling about in system chat, engaging nomads for "fun" and camping Manhattan. If I get a Rheinland Military ID, IFF and ship, yet kill Daumann traders, is that in character?
How about my rheinlander sits in Kusari killing Blood Dragons. Is that in character?
While you may say "report report you don't need to restrict everyone", the admins don't get every person. I personally have seen many of my reports go unnoticed (sorry Admins). Not every oorp person or rulebreaker gets punished, so the official factions in this case are trying to help out the admins. They are introducing people to the forums, and in some cases helping the players write stories for their characters. What is so bad about that?
------------------------------
Now here's a question. If the Liberty Rogues for example, decided to make restrictions on their Rogue Gunboats, would you complain?
If they decided that you had to register on a forum database to use the ship legally, would you complain?
If they had all the decision to decide whether you can peacefully use your ship, without persecution from said faction, would you complain?
This is happening all over the place, in many factions. Some are even more restrictive than the 101st. If you are campaigning for the rights of independents to play in peace, you MUST concern your arguments for all of the factions involved. Why? Well, independents in capitals are in every single faction. By only attacking the Outcast policy, it appears that you two (Nooblet especially) are disheartened that you cannot fly your ships wherever, whenever, however.

well then there was some misunderstanding. all were doing in strongly suggesting player to register theyre destroyer on the forums. which if they rp well, they have no problem doing so(if they RP well and still dont want to register, theyll RP theyre way out of it which would be fun to deal with so no bigi there), and if they dont rp well, registering will give them some experience with RP. like i said we wont kick up much dust for a destroyer.
Now as for battleships and dreadnoughts, that when we get picky with RP. you dont have to have the best Rp story or what ever but you have show youre putting more then a little effort into it. and if you want a //dn or BS we have to believe youll use it in the outcast favor...like defending our space which they were built for, not gallivanting around sirius. and so fat the only problem we had with a DN and BS was one player with a BS was running wild around sirius. and the second was a player bought a DN to protect his business.(if you want the names ill PM them to you and links to relevant topics. cause the matter between these player has been resolved and i dont want old wounds to open)
Quote:So why are you forcing good rp'rs to register against their will when it won't have an impact on the server rp? Why target all the indies instead of just the ones who are a problem?
were not forcing anyone to register their destroyer, the most that has happened is a friendly reminder(but firm sounding in RP) to do so. some that i told wernt on the forums yet, so i directed them to the right place, and they happily registered. one even commented that they were glad i encountered them casuse it helped him get started with RPing. i dont have screens cause fraps wasnt working at the time, but i can look up their names and they can vouch.
the only thing that is being forced is someone to request permission to get a battleship and dreadnought . because theyre out flagship and we dont want just anyone to fly them. like what if someone with one decides to go rampaging in britonia? were currently on good terms with them that could ruin it.
