Arbs. With all respect. You aren't kinda in word to ban someone from your faction's feedback. This is a FACTION FEEDBACK where players express their opinions about the faction.

Could not have said it better myself. This response de-escelates any sort of argument, arbs has hated me for a long time now though it's no secret so I half expected this kind of response.

So since you actually expect a mature response, and it's my duty to give one, let's take a look at things then.
First the two people who were dueling, it was all between them. I don't see why you have to intervene. For all I know you can even ask them both, they're probably buddies in other factions and talk to one another and have fun day to day together.
As for the second part, I don't see what the problem is with that sentence. It's perfectly within what can be said in roleplay, as it's a general sentence not necessarily pointed at you.

Then I suggest you teach yourself how to call for great interactions instead being an annoying insect. It's a value of this faction that we long respect to give everyone great interactions and that is what we try to do, however both sides need to be at agreement on that, otherwise you're bound for a one side having a bad experience. Therefore we're not taking that.
My personal interactions with you have been way more disgraceful than that. Buzzing around in a light fighter, or pelican, just cruising around with the sole purpose of annoying people or alternatively ruin interactions and snub brawls for people. So, no you can't complain about it when you receive the same treatment you give people. Hence why I cannot hold any substance to feedback like that.
Take a bit off, make a sandwich, take a shower, think about it. I can assure you there is no hate, just ridicule it's just how things divinely come to be, where you reap what you sow.

Such behavior is usual to flamers and oorp haters. The cure is a few days from disco or anything relating to it(it really works). Dont get me wrong. But in the last while you tried to protect your members so much that you became a true problem too. And this has no excuses. You are not a newbie.
