You should talk for yourself and not imply the community in its entirety shares your opinion. I see the individuals, and I see the progress that the Commune and its members made in the last months. To be honest, I think Lerdi has a good grip on his member(s) but even he can't turn demons into angels. TickTack was a troublesome fellow from the very beginning of his time in Discovery, you can see that in the sanctions. Lerdi tried his best, like he did with other members, trying to bring them a bit closer to the structure of the community. You shouldn't forget that even then people are not perfect. You yourself aren't. Your members aren't. I am not. Tal Ravis isn't either.
I'm not even in commune anymore this isn't about me this is about commune doing something that's completely OORP. So stop using me as an excuse/shield or whatever to sweep it under the rug.
TickTack does right now what he knows best. Look at other faction feedback threads.

But that's entirely my point here, your his friend therefore no trouble from him to you. Therefore you aren't on the receiving end of foul play. Because people are good at something doesn't mean it's a good thing they're good at.
In the attempts at solving something oorp to make this place a better environment inrp is near on impossible when Lerd believes he has done nothing untoward to the situation.

And that's how it should be handled. We're not 7 years in past, in the year 2010 when we were all in high school and worried about nothing in our lives except for where should we get weed or where we will go to drink. We work, we study, we have real life crushing on us with any kind of mess.
If you feel like being exploited and you waste your effort on something that is nonsense, you can leave. The doors will be open for you to return.

Do not push it. If you are unhappy with yourself in Commune, you're free to go and continue your RP elsewhere but in, calm and normal manner, like any other normal player. Not to do crap because of outrage and revenge because you just feel like you weren't valued enough at which, you mistake a lot.

You're making assumptions here, while I have been on the same end as you have been. I don't even have anyone of the Commune in my Skype contacts. All we do is flying ingame together against Corsairs rarely. I do have to defend the Commune though, not because of the buttbuddying you assume, but because I think TickTack is bittervetting, to say the least. I think to a certain degree you are, too, so let me clarify things: I have been shot by Commune on many indies and even been pirated by Commune as OSI in Bretonia and Liberty. Not even too long ago the last time. What I am guilty off is focusing on positive things. I think some people could use a bit of that mentality.
I'm not bitterventing as you put it. I'm merely stating my opinions that are earned through action and inaction and joining a conversation surrounding Communes oorp tendencies, namely the use of DSE ships all the while waging a war on DSE players, official or not and the fact that it seems to be okay practice for an official faction. That, too me is oorp. That too me is not what Commune should be doing.
So no, I'm not venting. I have remained calm during this crusade against us by them yet I'm venting?
Would you care to see exactly what I mean? I'll pm you the entirety of my case against them if you like, including the talks over Skype, in game actions and the result of this behaviour displayed by Lerdi, irrespective of what TickTack may or may not have done.
I mean, I can look at it. The question is if you really want to open it to other players or prefer a Green Room solution, although I can't really say what is more efficient. All in all, I don't mind seeing things from another perspective.
