Admiral Henn, reporting Gallic rear raiding.
We are combating the Gallic forces on Leeds and Tau-31, mantaining position in Tau-31.
We captured some more enemy personnel, and im willing to contract freelancers to make some scouting of enemy concentrating points, routes and fortifications.

The Gallic forces are increasing in number on Leeds, and i have been called to the bridge when transmissions staff intercepted gallic transmissions from Magellan, then we directed just the flagship Minotaur there, trying to assist Bretonian forces combating the gallics there, unfortunately, was too late to help the bretonians, and our ship just escaped destruction thanks to cloak device, as we have been shot by 3 different gallic Battleships, Lyberty Navy ships were there too, but they and gallics afasted of our position, and we used the opportunity to go for repairs.
As soon as Minotaur is fully reffited we will be back on rading duty.

Cmdr Marquiss, Reporting,
Today I began by ordering an Eros class scout to the Leeds System to report on any Gallic activity only to find the Minotaur and one (1) Liberty Navy Cruiser engaged in combat with a Gallic Valor and a Gallic Obstinate. Upon returning to base I commanded my cruiser, Rogue, to head for Leeds asap to assist as best as possible. We did not manage to take down either of these capital ships before a second Valor arrived, at which time we all felt a swift retreat was necessary. The LNS escaped nearly undamaged but the Minotaur and the Rogue barely made it out alive. That being said one ballsy Gallic patrol chased me to the Manchester Jumphole within Leeds and I swiftly destroyed them and captured as many personnel as possible before making my way back to Sabah Shipyard. I have turned the personnel over to CIS for debriefing or interogation, which ever they deem necessary. Several of the captives do not appear to be military units, but they all engaged in combat against my vessel.

After the repairs on my cruiser are complete I intend to continue scouting Leeds to find anything of value that may help us bring this war closer to a favorable end.

Due to the extensive damage to my ship, all combat cam footage was lost, however, I do have visual evidence of the personnel transfer to Sabah.
Captives Transferred Safely and Securely

End of report,
Commander Alexander S Marquiss

Admiral Henn, New Orders for Leeds Battle Group
As situation drastically changed in Leeds, new orders are to just harass enemy, evade their strongest forces, deal damage when is possible, retreat efore reinforcements arrive. Thats all, And be welcome aboard on most forgotten Battlegoup of Republic, Commander Marquiss, your cruiser is a good reinforcement, seems someone back home remembered of us, sending you here. Or maybe you just messed with wrong people and ended here as punishment...
Anyway, stay fast, stay alive, thats all.

For those we left behind.

Cmdr Marquiss, Reporting,

Report One:
Yesterday I moved about Leeds in the =CR=Rogue, Thanatos Cruiser, picking off Gallic patrols away from Planet Leeds as the planet has become too problematic for my vessel to manage. I would suggest any future patrols around the planet to include a full wing of bombers or an artillery capital ship if we are to attain victory around the planet. In and around Stokes Mining Station, I lured the local GRN patrols into the asteroid field so that I would have the advantage and began picking them off. I came home with a kill count of four (4) Obstinate Class Battlecruisers, sixteen (16) Perilous Class Gunships, and a sum of thirty-two (32) Lynx Class Fighters. I captured as many escape pods as I could manage before becoming out gunned and forced to flee to friendly territory.
Gallic Prisoner Transfer

Report Two:
This morning, 05:45 hours, a new Lt. under the ship callsign of =CR=Viper (//my Nyx) was ordered to my fleet, as his first mission I ordered a patrol of the Leeds system, observe and report only. Shortly after arriving there was an unusual sight, a Hessian Thor Class Bomber was sighted very briefly behind Planet Leeds. This hostile was not on scanners long enough to catch him on the gun cam. After surveying the area trying to find the Hessian, the Lt. began a survey of the entire system, finding nothing out of the ordinary at Stokes Mining Station or LD-14. Returning to Planet Leeds for one final pass, he was met with a Bretonian Privateer, a Sir Ernest Shackleton. Upon trading information, neither pilot had found anything of note until a Valor appeared on scanners. Neither ship equipped to handle such a fight, both took gun cam footage and retreated from the system. Passing through the Manchester System on his return flight home, Viper was acosted by two (2) Outcast fighter pilots, at which time the Lt. swiftly blew them out of the sky and tractor beamed in their escape pods to deliver them to CIS aboard Sabah Shipyard.

Outcast Prisoner Transfer

Cmdr's Notes:
I have never met a Bretonian Privateer before in my duties, it was nice to find others interested in patrolling Leeds to help in the war versus the Galls. I would like to say thank you to this pilot in particular, Sir Ernest Shackleton, for his assistance. Should any Crayter Patrols find this pilot again in the line of duty, I would recommend cooperation as not only is he assisting Bretonia and the Republic by patrolling Gallic controlled territories, but he was also very helpful even without my Lt. having to ask. This is all, of course, as long as the pilot is not caught red handed committing a crime, as Privateers sometimes do in their spare time.

End of Report,
Commander Alexander S. Marquiss.

Admiral Henn, reporting Gallic rear raiding.
We are combating the Gallic forces on Tau-31, mantaining position in Tau-31.
We captured some more enemy personnel who have been handed to interrogation.

Apparently enemy diverted most of his forces to Leeds, as Tau-31 seems pretty much free-for-all, apart of some gunboats, fighters and transports, no real dangers to our Battlegroup.
As soon as Minotaur is fully reffited we will be back on rading duty. We will keep harassing Gallics when and where we can, hitting their supply lines like today, they will have trouble.

--Incoming transmission--
Sender ID: John Thomas
Location: Sabah Shipyard
Subject: Supply lines' strike

Greetings.

I formed part of the strike force on the Gallic-controlled transit routes as part of Minotaur's escort, however, activity along the routes in T31 was almost null.

We moved to Leeds, found several heavy patrols and transport ships, the cargo was interdicted. Scans of the ships' manifest and the retrieved objects revealed they were prometheum shipments. As far the intel I could access mentions, this is a primary resource for GRN forces, used as fuel, potentially making this a priority interdiction target.

After the successfull strikes, we moved to Tau 44, the system was found clear of any suspicious activity, so the order was given to Return to base.

Captured elements from the mission were unloaded at Sabah, including one Gallic transport captain, a complement of gallic crewmen, one GRN strikecraft pilot and two rescued bretonian strikecraft pilots that had been targetted by the gallic forces in Planet Leeds' orbit.

-Cargo Proof -

Captain John "Shocker" Thomas out.

Cmdr Marquiss, Reporting,

Report Begins:
Earlier today, at 12:00 hours, I was contacted by Admiral Henn to assist him in a raid on Gallic controlled territories, as well as a simple pass of the Tau-44 system. We rendezvoused at Freeport 6 in the Tau-29 system and proceeded to Tau-31 and onward to Leeds. Arriving in Leeds we set ourselves upon the Gallic supply line, ambushing and destroying at least three (3) Gallic Trains, possibly more, as well as two (2) Obstinate Class Battlecruisers and their support craft which included several Perilous Class Gunships. Afterwards we set our route to Tau-31, Tau-23 and finally arriving in Tau-44. After a quick patrol around the system, stopping by the Council Battleship Oblique, we returned home victorious and without error or casualty.

Our wing consisted of the following vessels:
=CR=FV-Minotaur, Admiral Henn leading the fleet
=CR=FV-Tempus, Commander Seven at the helm
=CR=Rogue, Commanded by myself, Commander Marquiss
=CR=Shocker, Captain James Thomas piloting

I have compiled several gun cam footage stills for your viewing needs:
Fleet Rendezous at BS Oblique, preparing to return to Sabah
Fleet passing through Tau-23
Patrol Spoils and captives delivered to Sabah

Cmdr's Notes:
I have had several communiques with the Admiral in recent weeks, including my promotion to Commander which was handed to me personally by Admiral Henn. But to see him in action fighting on the front lines of Leeds, flanked by two (2) other commanding officers was a true sight to behold, I felt like a probie again first getting my wings. Should there ever be a need to escort Admiral Henn, or Commander Seven, or have the opportunity to have Captain Thomas on my wing in the future, well sign me right up, I will be first in line to volunteer for such efforts, it was an absolute honor.

End of Report,
Commander Alexander S. Marquiss.

Cmdr Marquiss, Reporting,

Report Begins:
A little over an hour ago I received a blanket communique from High Command which ordered all active officers to report to Sabah for debriefing and preparations to raid the Leeds System. I was the second to arrive just after Admiral Richard, afterwards, Admiral Henn arrived with five (5) other pilots and officers, ranging from Captain to Warrant Officers. We then proceeded to Manchester and onward to Leeds. Arriving at Planet Leeds we were met with several Valor class Gallic Battleships, supported by one (1) Obstinate class Battle cruiser, where Adm Richard began calling for the Galls surrender which they refused, of course. We then received reinforcements from the Bretonian Armed Forces, HMS-Victory commanding, as well as two (2) IKS Destroyers, all the while Adm Richard conversing with the Galls trying to convince them to surrender, sparing both sides any bloodshed. Just before the fighting broke out, one or two Maltese vessels arrived and offered support to us, only temporarily putting our differences aside. By this, we greatly out numbered the Gallic forces in the system, a fact that I believe we attempted to abuse and it cost us dearly. The first engagement was our bomber wing attempting to take out their Battlecruiser, which did not go well, after only 20 seconds in combat all of our snub craft were demolished. Adm Richard then gave the order for all forces to engage and begin by focus firing on the Gallic Obstinate. The enemy Valors then proceeded to fly straight at us, splitting us right down the middle, with our forces divided we were easy pickings, Nemesis, a command carrier, was the first capital ship to fall victim, shortly after Adm Richard was being harassed and in my attempt to distract the enemy, I was gunned down by a Valor and one of their annoying bombers. I can not report how the battle proceeded after my ship lost power to most of its systems and limped home. I can only assume it went poorly as we were very easily divided and conquered this day.

Our wing consisted of the following vessels:
=CR=FV-Phobos|01, Adm Richard's Command Carrier
=CR=FV-Nemesis, <Unknown Commanding Officer>
=CR=Rogue, Cmdr Marquiss' Logistics Cruiser
=CR=Shocker, Cpt Thomas' support bomber
=CR=FV-Minotaur, <Unknown Commanding Officer>
<ERROR>Information corrupted

Note: I believe we had three or four Warrant Officer's with us, as my database has been damaged I can not confirm.

Cmdr's Notes:
While I still consider myself a rookie Commander, at best, I believe our downfall this day was the simple size of the enemy vessels. With their flying bricks they could literally punch a hole right in the middle of us, this is something I will attempt to find a solution for in the future, but until then I can only repair my vessel and attempt guerrilla warfare against their supply lines. Next time, I wont be beaten so easily.

End of Report,
Commander Alexander S. Marquiss.
