I didn't know she engaged me. I don't see the picture how she puts snacks on me, I didn't see her engamenemt message either. She was only chasing me, but she didn't engage me.

I disagree because:
1) There are no screen and evidence that a reporter PARTICIPATED in battle. No engagement message, no picture, or do you consider:"Better run tragedy." and " There he goes. He flees the scene the first time as we got capital support" as engagement messages?
2) Yes, I docked, restocked and took off because I was sure I wasn't in fight(I was the reporter on the radar, but he didn't participate, as I remember).
I wrote "Round two Re-engagement" as my engagement message, because hostiles lost me from their sight. I entered the battle again, realizing I wasn't pvp dead, even seeing a hostile while docking, because he wasn't in fight.

Because the Ship in question:
1) Got a Report of Pirates
2) Located the said Pirates
2) Reported to his Group that he had found them
3) Then did some RP, agreed minimal, but some RP
4) Then went silent until the time when he mentioned that you should run.

I know, what I was showing was that you came in to an already ongoing fight and therefore he/she doesn't need to give any RP, to you, as you joined in.
Seems so, but how can you be sure he was in fight too? Maybe he was just watching? I am well aware about rules and wouldn't violate them in so obvious way.
