Why are you voting for people that haven't even applied... This looks like a reversed trial by forum.
And no, I'm not applying. Being a mod is the third most horrible role one can play here. It is worse than being banned, while better than being a dev and being an admin.

That's easily explained: people believe they might gain benefits when they help one of those they may have any sort of rudimentary contact with into a position where they hope to exploit knowing that person for their own desires. Common human trait.
The main issue we have (as a community) is how unfriendly we are toward newcomers that want to "stake their own claim" within Sirius. This happens both in game and more importantly on the forums. I am just as guilty of this as others within this community. Now is not the time to sit back, shadow log, and attempt to maintain control over specific areas of Sirius. Nor should we focus our ridicule on those players via forum blasts and negative criticism. It is time to grow. A mods job is to safeguard the forums, cultivating a friendly environment centered around the implicit purpose we are here, Role Play. This implies a balanced personality (both on a personal and professional level), a consistent non-biased approach toward all members of the community, and an acute awareness of the possible consequences of their actions. That being said, there are only 3 names that I have seen thus far that would fit the bill. My 2 cents go to Alte, Karst, and Foxglove. I would love to see someone like Jack Henderson in a mod position, but I suspect he wouldn't want to. Sorry Nemo, I would of thrown your name on the list, but I know how busy you are with work and the multiple factions you try to carry.
If it is possible to vote for myself, then I would like to do that.
I consider myself a good candidate through my expierence here within this community, my knowledge on how the forums are run, the server rules, the fact i've never been banned for anything here, just a few sanctions. Not only that but i've been here for a long 8 years and then 4 years on another server. So my time in disco is very long and large, could be seen as a veteran. I wish to put myself in for the pure reason of the letter I received this morning and my activity here has now began to rise once more. So with that in mind, not being in alot of factions and only dedicating myself to a few, I will have more time to do mod work over faction leader work and so on. So the time is there, and I work 5 days a week so there is plenty of time to do things.
This is also the second time i've applied for said position
I would be a mod if i knew what they are doing here and when i were known in this community a lot more (like Auzari/Sindroms/Bloodlike [to count a few, everybody knows their names])

tbh, mate, there's no need to be well known to do your work as mod. In fact I found less known people to be the least biased ones, which was always nice.
