Greetings. Im so disappointed to announce some of your officers are so corrupted. In fact one of mine pilot was stopped by officer RFP|Pelikan because of cloaking device which is illegal and thats true. Last time it happened your officer different from this one asked 500k credits for temporary license this time you fallow officer asked 1mln credits for temporary license under reason of "infaction" as proof show under. Herr Wiggin.

After looking over the evidence and discussion with our returning officer aboard the RFP|Pelikan, his actions are found to be justified. The first infraction was as you say 500k EC, and now 1 Mil EC due to it being a second recorded offense. Corruption is an aspect I do not tolerate within the ranks of mein officers, so that is out of the question due to the negligence your pilots have taken to register their equipment. Therefor we will not be reprimanding the Officer in question nor stating a retraction of the fine.

If your pilots had done such at first to begin with, we would not be having this conversation.
