"Oh come now Lindsay, how can I hope to beat such an adorable package of fun, energy, and cute?" She giggled more, holding the girl down as she squirmed around.
Instead of squirming away as might've been thought, Lindsay instead used the opportunity to scramble down and grab one of Nicole's legs, letting out a high pitched 'Eeeeeeee' as she did so.
Allen burst out laughing, unable to contain it from the child's antics.
"My leeeeeeg." Nicole feigned a cry for help as Lindsay grabbed her leg, letting her do what she pleased with it. "What's so funny mister? How about I unleash her on you, since you 'betrayed' her."
Lindsay patted at Nicole's leg, like a lion would to it's prey, but far less lethally. She eventually clambered back up to her upper body, wrapping her arms around her neck from behind. "Raaah!!" she yelled out, giggling all the while.
"Look at that.. Worthy of a 'mommy-daughter' label..?" He kept chuckling, smiling as he raised a hand to Nicole's cheek, running his thumb over it. "I sure think so.."
"I think she's just so excited, hon.. I would be if I knew that someone equally as beautiful as I were swooping my dad of his feet.."
He smirked, watching as Lindsay continued to hold Nicole's neck inside her arms. The little one loosened up a bit, but nudged her head against Nicole's, her smile as wide as the Barrier. "Ain't that right, sweetheart?"
