Ancient coin

Or some shard of a rock I think.

Can you tell me more? Is it old? Is it valuable?

First off, can you tell us if its metal or stone?
If my guess had to be on it, it might be a ancient ship coin or might be a Spanish gold piece, however its rusted away so much that it might be a carved rock for all I know

It's not rock. It has metal sound.

I don't believe it's Doubloon, as it was golden coin from Spanish origin and golden. This is somewhat bronze or copperish. The green stuff is oxidation, I've found it in water, in lake, as I thought it was piece of glass.

The signs on first photo reminded some people on ancient christian sign Ichtys or ancient Egyptian Ankh. However, second one shows head in ancient Roman style.
