1) its good to see that you willing to start something
2) its good to get involved into it but you need to know that you currently lacking lots of roleplay knowledges
a) knowledge of the laws of the crayter republic (i saw a guy smuggling illegal stuff and not even been questionned by you)
b) Knowledge of the laws applicables where you flying (ex: if X is criminal in your space, doesnt mean is one in Y space)
c) how many damn admirals you go in your fleet? like everybody is one
3) overall, its a learning curve and we're all willing to help you out BUT we can't do everything. You should maybe review some of your stuffs and think outside the box cause right now i feel like i'm dealing with =CR= that would fled from a psychiatric hospital.
You should focus on achieving some easy goals . Don't forget you're new which mean =CR= allies might not be interested in you. So you should start alot of communication and concider alots entities as neutral until you made some bound.
It's only my point of view but you can do something good if you never forget that no man is your enemy, no man is your friend but all men are your teachers!
I will make a one very valid question. Why to create a faction that still has an official faction (and official faction may treat you as a rival once you try to gain officialdom - not always, but we had such a "duel" between two factions a few years ago), instead going for a faction that is NOT represented by any official or even unofficial faction? You can always peek here to check that spots are vacant and try to do roleplay in such places.

Eh, no. If people want to make CR faction, they should make CR faction. Coming with "you should not do it at all" is just silly.

Well mate we are Military unit too that is same rank system as CR why i so prolem having it in our Dividion?
You are not a traditional Military unit. Therefore, you shouldnt use traditional Military ranks. You are supposed to be suppliers working under direct supervision of Military. You shouldnt have carriers around too. Just one or two cruisers, gunboats and so on. Also i highly recommend you to do three things:
-Read Crayter Laws, house laws and other relevant organizations.
-Get help from Veterans instead of arguing with them in everything and causing deep, dark dramaholes.
-Dont lie about what "CR leader" allows you to do. I know what i gave and what i did not give.
Seriously though, read house laws so you dont get slapped around in every turn and get bad rep. Otherwise people gonna laugh at you while i watch here facepalming hard. We dont want that right?

Where does says that i wont use Military ranks??? i made faction i will put ranks what ever i want, it is not your conserne mate you have your faction and keep a good work and let me do my work.
