It's easy Tenacity, just press Control (Ctrl) + Print Screen (Prt Scr), open Paint, and paste the screenshot. The you can save it as whatever file you want.

Its not vista but its a Vista UI Conversion for WinXP.
I just like the look and UI of Vista not the actual OS.
Both are 1280x1024 Resolution
