Everyone, at least the majority of the community, knew about this bug and abused it. Yes, abused it! And the only explanation I find in banning Wesker for 6 months is to give others an example of abusing this bug. But as the person above me mentioned, there could be found other possible ways to sanction this.

My point is that this was too much for this "bug-abusing", as almost everyone used this bug when it was possible.

I honestly didn't even know this was a thing. Possibly my naivety or simply just something that never occurred to me (Last base I seiged was Beaumont Spire in '13) so I must refute that not all of us knew about it.

If I can interpret what you said, you justified players using it because everyone did it anyway. Isn't that the same as driving drunk home from a party in the country where you're less likely to get caught because everyone did it anyway? You would deep inside know it was wrong, but didn't care. In my opinion, same goes if you know of a bug to make your personal reign of terror and self claimed owner of space in cyber space simply to exploit large amounts of money of many different people because you as a player have the ability (legal or not) to ruin someones hard work if they don't fess up to your demands. Too me on the scale that was shown to the community over the last however long, exudes narcissism and arrogance for the sake of bragging rights and not to better the wider community. Fundamentally, that's what I believe is being shown to us in the form of this sanction and that I believe is what is being punished.

But hey, I could be wrong.

The discussion is with mods and admin revolve around battleships and ID.

A battleship and a battlecruiser (Was cruiser years ago) for a spec op ID with enough RP to be accepted.

If the issue is just over an ID, I'll take a Spec Op ID over an Oracle one then.

Has there been an update to this? It's been respectively nearly 20 days of patiently waiting.

I have contacted Skorak, Tuncile, and St. Dennis on this issue and have gotten zero response. I know you are all busy and I have waited 1 month and 15 days for an answer. Just letting you lot know.

I think.. again. I have to say that ive seen some interesting responses to the wesker thing.

And. the whole.. everyone did it thing is really.. guys. dont say that. Especially here. In life you make your own decisions but if you know its wrong and everyone knows its wrong Not everyones freaking doing it. Its like wearing a hat that looks like an ass. You can call it anything you want but at the end of the day you look like a butt head.

"bug abusing" is clearly defined in the rules. Doing or breaking the rules with impunity does not sanction some bizarrely imagined "restraint" in enforcing it. Cause there is a hole in someones house doesn't give you cart Blanche in urinating in the corners rifling through drawers just cuz the walls not fixed right away. Didnt know it was a bug? stop doing it. Know theres a bug go out of your way to ransack everyones stuff well thank god there are rules so no one takes advanta Oh wait.

Admins have a lag on requests and issues of a non rule-breaking nature let alone anyone who can fix these bugs. So the mentality is clear crystal clear. Some folks just done give a crap and will push every advantage they can. Fair or not. Success at any cost isnt in the nature of a game its the nature of gangs thugs and certain forms of government. But this place isnt like nam we got rules.

There needs to be no redemption in these cases because frankly certain attitudes and actions paired together does not give me any clue or idea that a change in behavior will ever be possible. No matter how long they spend in exsile. And really they can find some other toaster on ebay and be jerks and be abusive in some other game like world of tanks or princess dress simulator.

Question, how would I go about getting my Battlecruiser SRP loadout changed? Obviously, due to the new update, I cannot use cruiser turrets and must use Battlecruiser Turrets instead.

Do I have to post a change request to get the Core Battlecruiser Turrets? Or can I just get beamed there and have my rep temporarily set to +1 to put the new things on? (rephack will set the rep back to -1 on undock)

I've got a similar problem also, I was informed to make a SRP Change Request for new guns regarding the patch and now i'm waiting for the admins to either approve or deny the request. My rep sheet is fully green to Order and Order Guard but it's saying I do not have the rep to buy weapons.

Well I just recieved a PM from an admin earlier today regarding my SRP and the guns, and due to the conditions i've been approved to buy basic weapons for my ship maybe it will be the same circumstances for yourself, or possibly Core guns for yours and Order guns for mine.
