Given that we've already had a B option in this thread, it's pretty clear why we don't give out those numbers.
A), as I've been doing so far, although with different numbers as previously I've been told otherwise. Either Tabris is wrong at those numbers, I wasn't informed changes regarding GRN and Council forces, or those numbers also incorporate anything above gunboats and not just the biggest caps of the line, but until this thread the numbers for Council and GRN forces were more like 33 vs 100 domestic defense and 150 conquering Sirius. The ratio is more or less accurate though.
That's good stuff Thyrzul, there's a depressingly few number of factions who actively embrace their relative weaknessess. Personally I find it brings out a faction's character and generally makes it feel more "alive" as it were.

Dev work isn't a popularity contest, it's hardwork done for free so everyone can enjoy it. It'd be nice if folks remembered that before they make thoughtless comments.
