Nice ad hominem, pal.

This is not the argument.
Myself I cannot improve, because the fact I barely have 30-45 FPS using my ancient-old PC in fights against people who have 120 FPS on their daddy money's $1000 rigs is a huge setback. I had been training snub PVP for three years. I just die less often and simply ditched any further attempts to even try caring about it.
After I got killed in-game as a snub way too many times. Again. And again. And again. This is not definition of what I would ever call 'having fun'. It's not.
Get in line with everyone else who complains they're not as good in pvp as they wish they could be. Your faction isn't any more special than the rest. You don't see the Gaians threatening to rage quit because they lack a proper ship for pvp. You don't see Junkers making threads that their fighters aren't suitable either. Neither have I seen BAF playerbase complain about the Templar. Where is the 15K core IMG VHF? Henderson literally takes all the newbies and tries to guide them into becoming better players, but he's not having a 15K powercore 8 gun Lhotse. Why? Maybe he should disband IMG. GMG is at war with Rheinland and they don't even have a capital ship to match their enemy. Do you see them throwing a childish fit?
You or your faction not having the best players is NOT so unique in our community that it deserves special treatment that nobody else gets.
The point wasn't being bad in pews, the point was that the skill-dependent Arbeiter is the perfect ship for rewarding PVP-learning. And it does have the effect of encouraging people. It's bad at first but has a reputation for being good once mastered. That's the point here.
So yes, you can tell us to "git gud". The point is that the ship encourages "gitting good".
Unless you actually want everyone to fly solaris lib carriers till the server dies?

So because people can't be bothered to "git gud" they deserve balance team to make them good by giving them unfair toys. Alright, I'll bite, I can't fly caps. Especially Battleships. Where is my battleship that I can use without any skill to crush my enemy and feel good? I really don't want to sit down and train, if I spend almost a billion credits I expect the ship to make me auto-good in it.
P.S. Can I have the old Storta back? I really miss the extra hull it had.

Dunc, since you somehow managed to bypass Vasko's point, allow me to make it clearer:

Notably the last sentence. Anyone can make an Unioner indie and buy an Arbeiter, we're not talking about the Marduk. UN| being bad at pvp is one of the worst excuses to keep justifying an overpowered ship I've ever heard. a) Nothing stops anyone including aces from using the Arbeiter in any state, b) The "faction being good or bad at pvp" changes so often because members come and go all the time, especially if you purge half the faction because of inactivity which you did recently. Not to mention that a faction as unstable as UN| could be gone in a few months.
Creating so much unwarranted drama for no valid reason is laughable. If it was warranted then many other factions with worse pvp ships should cry every day 10 times harder than you, seeing as Arbeiter is still a good ship overall. Grow up already.
So? Leadership transition is now 2 weeks old and nothing happened. All I see is that @GuapMan left the Rheinland Unlawful Discord and applied at 2 other factions unrelated to UN. May I remind you of this?

If you don't want to lead the faction, you surely have someone else in your faction who would like to. cough @Corpus13cough
