Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse. As opposed to a NNEMP, Non-Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse - such as those that come from Incapacitor Torpedoes.

As for the videos, Sombra's Youtube channel has all the action that took place on it, all four days of activity (and hopefully more)

There needs to be an ongoing discussion about removing the ability to mount a Cloak and JD at the same time. This discussion needs to end with the removal of the ability to mount a Cloak and a JD at the same time. It's garbage, utter trash, and has thoroughly ruined the last vestiges of fun group cap play. There is no incentive to leave Conn, save for transport PVP.

It's sad when the best PVP experience left is in tradeships.

Hey, I don't mind using Pudica (a serenity) as a gunboat!

But in all seriousness, there needs to be a cooldown for Cloaks/JDs after using either of them.

Sadly, your interceptor had the worst of luck when it came to stopping me, purely because he had swung out (to my) left and I had gone right after entering the system. Had he been even slightly closer when I came into scanner range, your counterplays would have worked.

The NEMP system definitely needs tweaking, I will agree.

That and NEMPS should be interdictable, like Missiles and Torpedoes, allowing vessels to act as a CIWS-type defense against them.
