Nemp should be event only weapon and only admins should use that to kill players easly

I don't know why people defending the NEMP. It shouldnt be PVP weapon, imagine large fleet fighting eachother and then 2-3 bomber firing NEMPs to ships
It is hard to notice missiles in a fleet fight because everyone focuses on something.
It takes time to move ships to battlefield and then someone firing NEMP to kill all the fun because you are dead before you fire single shot then you have to wait 2 hours.

If NEMP projectiles had higher HP, but got more visible effect, it could work much better.

You are saying that ability to gather people is being balanced/countered by ability to gather NEMPs. That's just not cool for multiplayer game.

Are you kidding me? This mod features more HP for almost a billion credits when the standard armor costs 200m. 400m for a chance to kill multiple ships and its one use. While CAP8 costs 895m and gives you roughly 500,000-1,000,000 more HP forever against opponents who have a weaker armor upgrade.
Yet you're calling the NEMP P2W? It was used to defuse a gank against Core, how is that not fair?

You're essentially saying that NEMPs countering ganks is not okay? Now that's not cool for a multiplayer game, where everyone wants to enjoy but some people are just assholes and want to ruin the fun of the other side. But say hello to a tactic that annihilates ganking attempts and now you're sad.

The NEMP used yesterday helped balancing the fight greatly, and they still won.

armor != skill

Having 900m armor not gonna save you from skilled ship with 200m or even 80m armor

armor != skill

Now you're just bringing a different argument into this, but I'll roll.
What's the problem with evading a NEMP? It doesn't take skill to target a NEMP and disrupting it to neutralize the threat. On the way, you can alert your allies - It's called Situational Awareness, a skill that doesn't take much other than perception.
