A lot of things happened in the past three months, plenty of successful operations, et planned events ahead. Now I will speak a bit about a few of these.
Mademoiselle Vetrova et Messieurs de Gobineau et Roycewicz, your accomplishments at both delivering supplies to feed our war machine as well as your discoveries to update our database helped The Council a lot, et of course are rewarded appropriaely. This, however, is the last time mission rewards are announced: from now on mission reward payouts will be automatic without further notice, et only promotions will be announced on this channel.
Speaking of which, Monsieur Roycewicz, both the Corps Logistique et the Exécutif des Opérations Spéciaux thought you are worthy of a promotion to a rank of Officier Subalterne, whether you wish to wield the rank of Coursier or Scout is up to you. Congratulations.
Colonel Francouis has already mentioned our victory over the GRN garrison of Tau-44, by now apparently all GRN forces have left the system, leaving it to our allied forces of the Gallic Council et the Crayter Republic. Our allies have already took back control over the stations they once lost to the foes we have beaten this time. Thanks to intel bough from the Unione Corse we are aware of a gateway directly connecting the system to Provence, providing us an entrance to the Royaume unknown to GRN forces for now.
GRN are not the only ones advancing as the wars go on, so do we: in Picardy Flotte Fierté has been slowly flowing through the jumpgate from Champagne while undercover operatives of The Council have managed to secure secret sites of operation on the surface of Amiens itself. While we build up our forces in the system for the greatest military operation of the decade in the region we can still set up our base of operations in Provence as well.
Remember, while we have won the last battles, there are still plenty ahead. The war is not over yet.
I decided, that keeping some amount of finest and beautiful blood-colored diamonds in storage of Planet Toulouse is a good idea, in case of bribing, so I set up for a big trip to the Omegas. Unfortunately, I have encountered alerting hostility from RHA operatives and was forced to pay fees.

First of all, I must confess - year ago, blood diamond trafficking to the Liberty space was my bread. I got my experience (I am experienced!) in smuggling just from this activity, and also, this is a reason, why I am in a bad relationships with a Rheinland police bureaucracy - I can change my ships, but can't change my personality. So, all blood diamond smuggle routes are not secret for me.
Second, now I am acknowledged, that Omega-47 is a restricted system. There was confusion with fount of my space-French operational system, so I had mistaken Omega-47 with Omega-41 in my old notes about "where to go and no".
So, back to the topic. Because my cargo hold was full of Bretonian gin, I decided to take a quick break on Red Hessian base in the Omega-47, so I could proceed with free cargo space. But Red Hessian ship, codenamed [RHA]SOA-Ichaival, intercepted me on half-way and forced to pay big fees (25 millions), as forfeit for this non-observance of their laws.

With the recent acquisition of some valuable intel from the Unione Corse, regarding a rather stable anomaly connecting the Tau-44 (Landes) system directly to the Provence system and the situation in the eastern sectors of the system stabilized for the most part after the successful joint skirmishes with the Crayter Republic against the Royalist forces, a large reconnaissance mission was executed under my command aboard the Obstinate-class Courageuse basing off of Battleship Oblique.
The goal of the mission was to scout, identify and verify targets of interest in this system. Our initial intel indicated presence massive cloud cover from Mer Mediterainee which we used to our advantage advancing to the northern sectors leading to another dense cloud, Esterel and also the Louberon field. Large presence of Brigand patrol craft indicated a high probability of a friendly base being nearby.
Continuing our flight path past the defunct jumpgate to Maures, I was alerted by comm officer to presence of a large unidentified structured concealed in the cloud; it was previously thought that this sector contained no active installations. Multiple attamepts to hail the station went unanswered, and preliminary scans indicated no signs of activity, indicating that the station was indeed abandoned. A sweep of the station revealed storages of Nox, leading me to believe that this station may have been used as a pickup/drop-off point at some point. Its remoteness from supply lines may have been the reason for it being abandoned or perhaps trouble with the Royalist forces? One can only speculate at this point about the owners and the purpose of this installation.
The mission commenced once more, continuing on from Maures to Camargue past Vaccares and ending at Mer Mediterainee.
Regardless, the data regarding this installations has been gathered and will be turned over to Corps de Recherché and Exécutif des Opérations Spéciaux for further investigation and analysis. Hopefully it can reveal valuable information on the systemI have also request an armoured transport from Division des Transports Spéciaux to handle the recovered Nox as well.
Flottille Insurgée Rouge scouts, from a now safe and solidified base in Tau-44, should be able to monitor the situation in the system from this point on and provide further stellarographical data for our database.

Seems that automated smuggler outpost, codenamed Cote'Azur, deep in a Tarn Barrier Nebula activated it's weapon systems, which are hostile to our IFF.
I discovered that, while was on a regular patrol near and around jumphole to the Orkney. I regularly visited that station, because it seems, that some kind of lunatic is trying to supply that husk, and often "caught" them on a transfer from that station to the Tau-29.
But let me categorize all strange things. First of all, that outpost have heavy defenses, platforms and other weaponry. It can cause a lot of trouble to a unprepared pilot. Second thing, despite being inactive, the sudden change of behavior can lead to only one thing: control from elsewhere. Sleeper base for royalist spies? Unknown.
Last thing, about lunatics. Group of people, from different parts of galaxy and from different factions are trying to supply that station. Gas Miners Guild, for example. They have similar mental health issues: low social skills and alienation from society. Also, they seem to name themselves "No me". Fanatics, maybe?
By the way, I can speculate a lot about origin and purpose of that stranded outpost, but now, it should be totally deactivated and be under Council. All this needs further investigation.
I uploaded the un-edited capture from dashcam on my Gecko, where you can see, that this is hostile to Council IFF, and high-resolution view on that station, so you can research it visually. If needed, Crecerelle is capable of deep scanning using cargo-, bio-, radioscanners.

I hereby announce that after over two and half years of dedicated service Colonel Jeanne Francouis has decided to retire from her active military duties and continue serving our cause as a civilian of our nation.
Colonel Francouis has joined The Council in late May of 738 AGS, eager et cunning, her talents et ambitions quickly pulled her up in hierarchy. As a skilled strategist et fighter pilot she has proven her leadership capabilities in several succesful skirmishes, earning her the rank of Colonel. She was also one of the most prominent military commanders of the Council during both phases of the reclamation of the Tau-44 system.
Due to her deeds the High Command has decided to grant her the title of Adjudant-générale with the related advisory position within the High Command, et although she expressed her intent to distance herself from any form of military duties, she was also offered a position at the École Militaire de Marne to teach tactics, strategy et warship combat. Either way the Council wishes Adjudant-générale Francouis a long et peaceful life in the future, et assures she is welcome any day she may wish to return to active service.
Regarding her replacement the High Command will review et evaluate potential candidates to fulfill the recently vacated position until the end of the week, until a suitable successor is found duties related to the position will be divided up between Colonel Savoie et myself.

Lately there was a successful attempt of reigniting our logistical operations within the Corps Logistque. As a side effect of my own roaming around in Sirius including Liberty and Bretonia, they have experienced and later reported increased Gallic Royal Navy presence within the Cortez system. As it appears the Royal Navy is trying to slowly cut off the supply lines between our two allied houses. I advise caution to anyone intending to traverse contested space in that region.

This evening I have two promotions to announce. Due to his assistance to the work of the Corps Logistics et eager efforts in ensuring the required supplies reach their destinations, Monsieur Miroslav de Gobineau is hereby promoted to the rank of Coursier. I wish you good luck at continuing your service, Coursier Gobineau.
The other promotion is for the recently vacated position of Chef de Groupement Tactique Roussillonnaise, or in short, Colonel de Roussillon. After several days of discussion with the High Command I have decided to trust Monsieur Louis Charron with this position as well as the tasks and responsibilities tied to it. Apart from these promotions, in order to reflect to the apparent advancement of the Marine Royale Gauloise the Corps Militaire has sent a small expeditionary task force to the California system to examine, assess the situation, et aid the local defenders against the conquest if the need arises. Messieurs et Mesdames,
I am here to break a good few months of silence of the Corps de Recherche. Rumors have arisen of new weapons of mass destruction even before the most recent news about the conflict on the other end of Sirius, and while I myself am against any form of agression and hostility, the Conseil Scientifique has agreed upon a consensus regarding development of our own tool of such kind. The majority has deemed it necessary for the Council to keep up with the Marine Royale Gauloise at the technological race, even beat them where possible, and thus this new weapon has born.
For the launcher turret of the torpedo the basic Asco torpedo launcher was taken as a basis, and was heavily modified. In order to maximize effectiveness the launcher can launch two torpedos simultaneously. The torpedos are also heavily modified variants of the Nova torpedo, also with different warheads, loads and enhanced missile thrusters.
Due to resource scarcity and lack of opportunities we weren't able to conduct too much live tests in space, in order to perfect the weapon the Corps de Recherce hereby requires the help of the Corps Militaire. I'm sure you can easily find targets of opportunity to test this new weapon on, but do not forget to document all results and data and then send it back to us, s'il vous plaît.

Recent reports indicate an advance of Gallic Royal Navy forces further towards Liberty and into the Cortez system. If they cut off Bretonia from Liberty et supply lines between the two cease to exist, it could easily mean the end of Bretonia. Therefor it can be expected from GRN to focus on this task, leaving their supply lines less protected than usual. Scouting reports from the Tau Region confirmed these expectations a few days ago.
I believe a military target assigned to the defense of these supply lines, such as the RNS Montmorency, would be worthy enough to be the subject of the next live test of the Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse warheads. In order to be certain the system is indeed scarcely defended et to ensure the success of the attack a scouting party will be dispatched once more to survey the Orkney system in a few hours from now on.
Related to the NEMP weaponry I would like to bring the following channel to your attention: Warning: Order attempting to cause chaos at Freeport 11 [Public]. I do not wish to delve into the politics of the distant Omicron region or resident factions, nor willing to advise you doing so, but the video footage the local freeport administrator shared with the public contains plenty of encounters with the potential of being educative, whether it's about the NEMP weaponry, or other exotic technology as well as combat tactics et strategies. It can be useful to watch, inspect et learn from those fights.

Yesterday, on 10.11.740, I, and some other brave members of Council conducted recon mission in system Orkney. Our patrol path you can see in attached files to this report.
As you can see, we tried to cover as much as we can of the system, and we did even TWO times that patrol. I, and pilots, who were with me, that Orkney have very low population of Royalist forces there. Might be, that enemy rear just got weaker, because they decided to redirect everyone on the main front line in Liberty-controlled system of California. I was actually participating in fights there, and it seems, I even managed to destroy Valor-class battleships powercore with a well placed "SNAC".
Second thing I wanted to tell, is this: Public announcement: Rheinland declares war on GMG
I don't think, that we must care about Rheinland, but we need to keep eye on that. Maybe, Royalists could try to somehow intervene in that conflict. They are sure in a desperate search of new allies.
