Good afternoon Officers. I am Captain Michael Klarion of the Wormwood, we are an independent transport and we had the unfortunate incident when we where transporting Military equipment to Cambridge where one of your officers stopped us and rightfully ticketed us for transporting without an license.
So, we wanted to make sure that we where able to properly transport materials into Bretonia and get the right paperwork. Cause, the last thing me and my crew want to do is break the law.
As I understood it, you wanted to know a little more of who me and my crew are,
Ï am Michael Klarion, born and raised on New London, most of my crew are actually from there as well. And we have just only recently gotten ourselves the old rustbucket, the Wormwood. An old AS-1300 Retrofit Transport and head out to both make some credits but also to explore and experience Sirius.

We where unaware that we had to contact you regarding our request, BEFORE we send the money, but.. Oops.. We did already. But, even if you do not permit us the license to transport military equipment, we want you to keep the credits. As an additional apology for not being properly informed, which is of course our fault.
