Kadetts will in need of assistance are to make documentation requests here for training in a Behemoth Class Transport.

The pilot was fined 2.4 million credits initially of which he stated that he couldn't pay, however due to this being his first offense the fine was lowered to 1.2 million credits, These credits were sent to the Arsenal. Next, a distress call was received from a Kruger vessel tht was engaged with a pirate vessel of the call-sign Fury|Vennamis. He was dispatched.

Hallo Kameraden!
This is the Polizeikadett Frank Müller reporting the events of today's patrol in New Berlin. I was called to the system to help Inspekteur Daniel Artura and the SEK-Willenstein with a DSE tranport that was making trouble. We stopped the transport a few kilometers away from Planet New Berlin.

After refusing to pay the fine's that the Willenstein gave him, I was told to move to the Dortmund Station to make sure that the transport was not getting away until the situation was clear. The transport however was still not paying the fines after around 5 minutes, so Inspekteur Artura ordered me back to the train and to open fire on him.

After the transport vessel was heavily damaged, the captain of it finally decided to pay the fine and I was told to let him go. However, after the transport was free to go, he insulted the Federal Police and I was told to follow the Willenstein as well as the Inspekteur to destroy the troublemaker.

Today a sting operation was conducted involving RFP|Himmel.von.Berlin along with BDM|Panzerschreck and myself, A number of encounters occurred. First, there was an encounter with an unlicensed vessel hauling Military Vehicles. It seems that he managed to engage a new cloaking device. Next, a vessel belonging to Bretonian Mining and Manufacturing was spotted hauling the illegal drug, Cardimine. His vessel was stopped, after which he decided to drop his cargo, he then proceeded to evade us while we attempted to fine him for his infraction. Sadly, we were forced to disable his vessel.

Patrol Report

Initial Comment
After quite some time, I decided to start flying patrols again because I was getting feeling that I am losing touch with a regular duty, what is never gut thing for an executive high rank officer. Unfortunately I was later overwhelmed with a lot of important matters so I never got to write and mainly submit reports, so with a delay I am beginning to hand them in now.

This is a report from my first patrol flight this year. I decided to start with a simple modular bases check, but result was that I found several law infringements of various kinds.


Patrol Summary

• Event #1: I found the first law violation just shortly after I took off. I started the modular bases check in Munich system, where I found base named Schlaraffenland in the local mining field. Check in database confirmed what was obvious, that the base is not registered. Moreover, I was not allowed to dock. I notified the administration about only possible solution - eviction and deconstruction, what happened under my supervision later the same day.
  
  
• Event #2: Just after I finished with the Schlaraffenland and started with the check itself aboard the base Regensburg|In&Export, I discovered another law transgression. The base was guarded by four weapon platforms, but I was unable to find permission for their construction. I documented it and continued with the check.
  
  
• Event #3: It still was not all. I found out another, even more serious law violation, during check of the base Oberndorf Industrial in New Berlin system. The administration constructed cloaking device factory, despite their request to Bundespolizei for permission was denied few weeks ago and there is no sign that the permission was given by any other primary law enforcement organization. I documented it properly again and continued with the check. Fortunately I found no more law infringements.

Administrations of the Regensburg|In&Export and Oberndorf Industrial modular bases were contacted subsequently and requested to submit respective permissions or explain the situation.

Guten Tag, meine geehrten Herren!

After some patrols, I've gathered several footage and material of unlawfuls and smugglers I was able to catch. This is not only for documentary stuff, this is also a collage in wich you can see the tremendous activity by the Unionisten in Rheinland. The most specimens i was able to obliterate were peoples of the Alster Union. During my inspections and researches, i was able to find out that they are gathering huge fleets in the Bering System, wich cross sometimes our glory Homeland. After patrolling in the Bering System, i was suddenly caught in a strong shooting by those Unioners. They brought "Hel" Pirate Cruisers, Fighters and even Bombers. I was able to reap some of them apart after i had to flee by their Capital ship fire back to Hamburg.

When one of their capitals entered our controlled Hamburg System, i was able to tear it down alone on my Bomber, that shows the superiority of our Rheinland Technology once again: X X X

I was also able to catch some smugglers, wich used the Pirate "Pitbull" Train with some unlawful Pilots onboard. During fulfilling my duty and the standard procedures for criminald of this caliber, they refused to pay the fine and shot me, a huge mistake. I've ended their careers as smugglers and united them with the space vacuum.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrte polizisten of the Rheinland Federal Polizei. My name is Laura Clausewitz and as you probably heard, I was reinstated to the position of the Inspekteur der Polizei because Inspekteur Daniel Artura resigned for personal reasons.

Some of you probably remember me, I used to lead the Bundespolizei in the past, actually history sort of repeats itself because I was appointed three years ago after Inspekteur Artura resigned for the first time for personal reasons. But year and half ago I had to resign as well due to health issues which required strenuous treatment. Because my health improved significantly since then, I agreed to take position again.

For those who joined the federal polizei after I left, just few words who I am. I serve in the ranks of Bundespolizei for almost 23 years, I was thirteen years in space forces and made it through to the rank of Oberst, then I was transfered to one of the SEK teams where I became wing leader. After injury in combat I had to take a break and then became member of the Organised and Economic Crime Investigation Unit on the planet New Berlin, where I achieved position of Deputy Direktor after some time and later was appointed to position of Direktor where I served before I was appointed to the position of the Inspekteur.

Anyway, there is no reason for long speeches, let´s move to the important issues. I am pleased to announce that the Kommissar Calvin Müller is promoted to the rank of the Polizeidirektor. He is also appointed in charge of the Rheinland Criminal Database. May the dedication which earned you position in the Oberkommando serve as an example for all members of the Bundespolizei.
