@ Patriot: Take a look onto Kapitaen Kriegers Kreuzer event and take it as an example. Gronath is working on this roleplay for a cruiser. I know you have stated your limited time, but think about.

There are only two ways.
1. Keep your position and soon you will leave Disco i guess. I imagine it will be no fun, beeing attacked every time. On server and forum

2. Sit together with Bs leaders and clear it. You could also ask them, if they may help you with setting a proper roleplay for your Osiris. I think this would be the better way. You could keep your Osiris and will have much more fun, than just floating arround and selling weapons.

I have encountered a similar (although much less volatile) beginning, as an osiris admiral... It was good for me, to be a Corsair at the time as Corsairs had plenty of "Indy" capital ships...

Order is much more strict... there's only one Order faction, Bs|, only two order systems,...

Try Corsairs to get more freedom, but operating within liberty in an Osiris, as a Gundealer... is with all due respect OORP...

A person on the forum who doesn't support a faction's assumed ability to control an independent's ship choice. Don't get associated with this crowd of people. Many of your known characters will become KOS along with many other interesting things.

On another note, it's good to see you got to fly the craft which you worked so hard for in the end.:)

I have a suggestion for the ADMINS (a serious one).

In game, is someone is insulting harrasng and over the top in such behavior, they get sanctioned.

Can we extend that to the boards too? If someone posts and the replies are incredibly hostile in tone, personally insulting and blatantly unkind--can we sanction the stupid (oops--that slipped out) players who do such things?

Might make us "discuss" things and not stick our noses in when we have no intention of doing anything but flaming.

And die, because you're spoling the scenery for the othe 199 people on the server. I had that mentality for a long time, and in ways I still do, but you know what? Before you deserve to be proud of that ship you should WORK for it, and I don't mean grinding. Write a decent freaking story, review the rules half a dozen times, research the ship before you buy it so you know what you're looking for, cooperate with the local player factions, and get legitimate! You'll have much more fun if you take the necessary five minutes not to get shot at by your local player factions.

He's seen the light, there shouldn't be any real issues from here on out. Eppy's point was a little more blunt, but is still valid- claiming that it's perfectly reasonable for the Order to use battleships to sell guns on as opposed to, say, fighting the Nomads/Liberty/BHG, makes about as much sense as most of Akumabito's posts. Not a whole lot. Korrd has indicated that player factions can beat you up for what can be considered stupid capship RP, and claiming that he "purchased" a battleship some ~24 years before it was invented falls into that category on all fronts. Anyone that uninformed must obviously be a spy (Xeno tag didn't help) and will thus be shot.

Fortunately this ended a lot better than it could have, but you get the idea, right?
