First of all i'm a little disappointed with our comm security lately... This should be a closed network used by Congressmen and rarely by other Junkers. Instead i see messages from all over Sirius. Anyway i'll tell Cyril to check the encryptions again.

And now to the business, since the Harvesters already seems to be able to read our messages, i'll leave my thoughts here.

Hauler_13 Harvester i have a business proposal.

The Congress' relations have become much worse with some of our enemies, we've seen attacks on our forces in Texas and the neighboring systems of Puerto Rico. Since the Salvager Frigates are the backbones of our society we cannot give them away without compensation in this kinda situation. Here is my offer: We can consider giving you one of our Frigates' launch codes in case the Collective will consider compensating us with increased security by this i mean assigning 3 Drones to guard duties in the star systems around Puerto Rico under the direct command of the Congress.

Also i'd like to read our Arbiters' thoughts about the issue here.

I'm addressing Junkers and all other concerned parties. From what we have been able to determine a single individual managed to steal some non Junker type vessels and modify them with Junker Congress transponders. The above individual then used these ships to carry out unprovoked attacks in the name of the Congress. I want to state for the record that these attacks were in no way sanctioned by the Junker Congress. The Junker Congress does not now nor has it ever condoned the piracy or destruction of hard working trade vessels, nor have we ever carried out attacks with comms silent. For those of you who have been attacked you have my apologies. I hope you will find this a sufficient resolution.

My ship was attacked without warning today outside Rochester. An outcast gunboat with outcast ID and IFF codenamed SHADOWBEAST opened fire on me without warning. The fight took place well within the limits of the NFZ. He first docked at our base without permission then returned to space and opened fire on me without any provocation. My ship was destroyed but my escape pod was retrieved by the local Junkers there at Rochester. Outcasts use our bases and we deal with them on a regular basis but it is clear some can never be trusted.

Today we had an incident around Trafalgar Base. Looks like the Rozzers are sitting around me base trying to arrest any ships they didn't like trying to refuel.

i'm attempting to open up comms on this with the Police authorities but i need you imput as this could effect us all in the end. Tip of the Icebury so to speak

This is a call to all Congress out there that are still alive and flying. After this last round of severe storms came and wiped out communications for awhile it appears that several Congress ships have yet to return. I too was taken down during the storms and remained docked to wait out the mayhem. I am back now and searching for all other Congress ships still functional and flying. This is not an official roll call but more just a concerned Congressman looking for other MIA members. So call in and report your status with your latest flight times thank you.
