Hey Snak3. Possible for you to be less caustic and sarcastic? And a bit less salty with your... phraseology? I mean, you come across as a rather narcissistic person.
Wesker, who may be whom you are implying, was banned for exploiting a known bug, had his case weighed up by the Admin. It was for more than exploiting a known bug. Including threatening a player for metagaming etc... a lot more complicated don't you think?

There would be a sizeable number of players who were told how to do this and did not know that it was an exploit. The Admins have been wise in their approach and I would suggest people are taking note, and setting things right. Sensible, giving strong direction without causing drama.

Perhaps you could refrain from turning this into a flame-thread, would that be OK with you?

This is because the feeding time is every 12 hours and not 10. It has been like this for a while.

It would be quite useful if we would be notified about these changes when they happen, not just finding a mention of "it has been like this for a while" god knows how many weeks/months later.

This was discussed. The riot system was set up specifically to discourage people who would do stuff like that.

Funny enough , it is not simple as that , you dont count how many players were chased/trolled out of game thanks to this exploit , which is a lot more serius than minor and relativly harmless exploit who only REDUCE your time you spent in suplaying a base .
But i agree that sanction was not correct , becouse one guy agreed to be scapegoat and take the blame ,while hole group that keep griefing pob owners shuld have suffer consequences of their trollis actions.
Sanction obviusly had no efect , becouse pob griefers dint learn a thing (why shuld have , they ARE not one who have bean sanctioned) ,they still do everithing like they have before wesker ban (except they adapted to new rules) , Paddy is latest case of pob owner that was forced out of game .

Keep (griefing) boys...

Christ on a bun, people. Stop one-manning POBs in heavily populated areas with no way to defend them.

That's the problem. Not decay. Not supply costs. Not Wesker. It's the expectation that you can just set up a POB in a densely populated area like a mining field or warzone and keep it alive with no effort.

Build alliances. Work as a faction. Cooperate with people. Pay the man when he wants his protection money. Build a shield generator. Get some friends. And stop one-manning POBs in war zones and complaining when a hostile battleship shows up and knocks it down in a few minutes flat because you had no shields or defenses or friends helping defend it.

Ha, you better learn before speak, PoB whose destruction leaded to Wes ban (and all the mess) was outta the way, far from field, in a system rarely anyone not trading Aluminium gone, had 4wp and 2 factions defending it (note that by the time Kruger been by far most active faction around) AND was paying monthly ransom to not be attacked. All of no use. But that is past, let it be there.

Just to say, Reutligen apart all that was a core5 full of wp, and when wasnt destroyed at first attempt in front of ppl, was at 2am middle of week when no one was seeing.

POBs destroyed through exploits to nullify their defenses are a separate matter. That's a clear cut exploit problem, not a POB role problem.

One person setting up and losing four bases in the exact same spot in Dublin and quitting over it is a self-inflicted, and, regrettably, self-solving problem.

Dublin pob inside field.. isnt that the illegal pob? Has nothing to do with any "crew" just isnt allowed by House law? And then rekt by BAF? Like a group made 3 or 4 core one already in Rhein as well... just to get it sieged or let die after weekend they used Smile

Maybe if it was mentioned in POB RULES would help? But for some reason staff does not think it is a good idea.

Then it is not working at all, maybe disabled? Because this thread is the first time I hear anything about that.
Anyway, the mechanic was never really explained, so... Maybe I should build another POB to test it?
