Subject: 'Victory is ours.'

1. Brief summary
'Long live the alliance of 'Coalition' and the 'Red Hessians'

We did it Comrades. News can't get any better. Total annihilation is upon them and the sweet victory is ours. The Imperialists didn't have a chance to begin with. The might and the power was strong with us. We finally avenged the fall of 'Plesetsk' and also avenged the hundreds of peoples died in there. Not only we besieged one but two of their Installation with the help of our brave comrades of the Red Hessian Army.

2. Details
After receiving the orders from the 'High Command' we departed. The [REDACTED] capital ships hailed from 'Omega - 55' - 'Kamchatka' installation. Our first task was to regroup with the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Force and the Red Hessian Army in the 'Omicron Gamma' system which was successful.

After reaching the system , I was stunned by the fleet of ships that appeared in my eyes. It was overwhelming to see such a massive support from the known faces.[1]after such a long time. It was overwhelming.

I engaged my engines into Max Cruise. and headed towards the first Installation in prior orders.[2] After reaching the Installation, we show no mercy. The ultimate firepower was just overwhelming.[3]The first base was taking the beating of a lifetime. Likewise after sometime it was loosing its health[4]and it looked really bad. After some moment the base became a legend and we were approaching closer to the path of our victory.[5]

We head for the second installation that's near the 'Tripoli Shipyard'. On our way there I pick up 2 Gammu ships on my scanners and after reaching close they were Artificial Intelligence Core Vessels[6]but our task being the ultimate destruction of the 2nd base so without any stopping I reached the location and started firing at the installation. 'Glorious' was at its best. It felt overwhelming when the base was taking a lot of damage[7] and we became victorious after finally 'both' the installation got destroyed.

The Imperialists deserved it and the guncam shots are attached below for further inspections comrade.
I hope the 'High Command' be proud of our accomplishments.

SCEC DIRECTIVE #825-05-OD-1

Comrades!

On the Plenary Session on Strategic Research comrade High Commissar Novikov raised important issue of People's Republic lagging behind imperialist in particular due to smaller population and less efficient production networks. In view of this SCEC was entrusted with important mission to proceed with research in the field of artificial birth, eugenics and automatisation. To this end I do hereby declare the commencement of the following projects:

Project "Äkräs". Chief Supervisorr: Dr. Liisi Virtanen
[Image: 7rsmz20.png]
The project is aimed at rapid increase of the population of the Coalition by any applicable scientific and administrative means (artificial wombs, cloning, reproductive centres, recommendations on policies, etc.) as well as ensuring public health and survivability. Alongside that, we are ordered to explore possibilities of accelerating the growth of humans for a short term to maximise the effectiveness of the project as fast as possible.

Eugenics should also be at the core of the project: since Coalition lacks sheer numbers, our citizens should be better in all other respects to compensate. Therefore, extensive genetic mapping is firstly to be undertaken to find the best gene donors. In vitru DNA-sequencing and editting are also to be studied to explore best possible gene expression that does not normally occur in nature.

With this in mind, TFS agents and scientific personnel are entrusted with additional goal of acquisition of imperialistic technologies that can aid in the project as well as native lifeforms cataloging for the study of genes. Dr. Liisi Virtanen is from now on formally Chief Supervisor of "Äkräs" project, given her expertise in genetics. Although being new on the team, we extend our complete trust in her and call upon every SCEC member to render every assistance deemed needed to pursue her endeavours.

Project "OGAS". Chief Supervisor: Aspirant Anton Shweik
[Image: lHLVpv5.png]
With smaller population the production networks of the Coalition lag behind imperialist ones. Our war machine is struggling to produce and upkeep big fleet while we possess all needed advanced technologies, our citizens can not enjoy the abundance of goods as the communism doctrine provides. To increase the overall productivity in milieu of lack of working hands HCSTA and SCEC Committee on Perspective Research decided to undertake efforts to incorporate our recent theoretical findings on AI and robotification into everyday life or ordinary citizens, predominantly by:
  • increasing the number of robots in industry to 85% at least.
  • create experimental fully-automatic plants of new generation.
  • increase the number of robots in agriculture to 80% at least.
  • create AI nodes across Habitats to provide harmonic collaboration of automatic units.
  • study possible enhancement of existing robotech.
  • study possible militarisation of civilian robotech and using robots for on-the-ground and in-space skirmishes with enemy infantry.

We believe that this measures will help to significantly increase the productivity of Coalition industry and secure the strategic production goals set forth by the Ministry of Plenty. The efforts are also to increase the capabilities of our Military.

Aside from that, the research team is also to explore new means of cyborgisation. We have seen many cyborgs in our encounters throughout Sirius Sector and People's science can not be backward in this regard. Cyborgisation of civilian nature should in principle be directed at improving capacity of workers to carry out their duties and, primary, at increasing mental capabilities of all individuals. The military Cyborgisation should increase effectiveness of every type of troops and decrease inevitable casualties.

Aspirant Anton Shweik was chosen to chair this project due to his practical experience of working with AI and robotech, more especially his fight with Gammu AI and extensive work on their salvage. Every SCEC member is to assist in any manner deemed appropriate for the matter.

Project "Equaliser". Chief Supervisor: Dr. Mstislav Belov
[Image: FCX0qi8.png]
With a view to increase the productivity further, the HCSTA entrusted SCEC with a rather unusual for our organisation type of research, mainly - digital administration and finance. With this in mind, I decided to chair this project myself. The project provides enhancement of digital system of administration ubiquitous to all Coalition territories. The project provides:
  • development of centralised digital administration system
  • study of possible deployment of blockchain-based monetary system

This should allow to harmonise and coordinate all actions carried out throughout our vast Motherland and, therefore, to increase the productivity of our Society. Blockchain technologies will allow in principle to reduce the impact of necessary bourgeoisie elements for the effective functioning of Coalition economy under NEP policy.

I will be personally overseeing the project and believe it will not draw as many resources as the two mentioned above. Yet, contribution from all SCEC members is commendable and encouraged.

We know our duties and what to do, comrades. I expect your full commitment to these projects and first results quite soon. Please, report thereon should your preliminary research yield any significant results.

For Motherland!
SCEC CRO Dr. Mstislav Belov

Research works on automatisation project already started, samples of Kappa Machines and Cult's technologies were evacuated on Mykolaiv and in active study right now.

But i want draw secretariat's attention on another important side of the project. This work require resources flow. We need reform our transpots vessels in logistic division, capable remove overload from Volgograd Industry. I'm advise use our current budget and agents to buy more transports, and recruit more crews.

Moreover, we need organise some relay stations in near future. We can restore Jiang Xi Orbital, debris of which issued damage to Merzig Depot not far ago. Also, we can use not salvaged by corsairs pieces of Plesetsk to form cargo relay platform in Omega-55, which can enhance resources flow from our closest allies and sympathisers in Rheinland.

In before we walk, we should stand solid.

The research of alien material temporarily suspended due of Plesetsk falling. But we still able get more valuable information from study of the alien-origin structures. According to previous report , large object hided in deep Omicron system, supposingly Omicron Psi in charts which we able found.

The object covered by nebula of unknown origin, which prevent successful scanning without appropriate equipment. For next studies we need move "Kardashev" in this system. But after decipher and analyse data from fighter's registrators, we aknow that jumphole in Omicron Phi unproper for transfering large ships, and attempt do it can cause heavy damages to ships and death of crew.

Equipping our expeditionary ships by jump-drives and setup hyperspace-leading device on small ship, capable went through hole, can be a solution. Even if we studied enough of jump-capable vessels for making beacon, Peoples Coalition don't have own jumping technologies due insufficient resources for that. After researching of open markets in house-independent zone, I found Tsukihime Labs have acceptable prices for our needings. They already manufacture jump engines which can be connected with Hurricane core, so it will be ideal solution.

REPORT # 'Omicron Chi'

From: 'Lt. Alaxander Stanislav'
To: SCEC Personnel
Subject: 'What have I just witnessed'
WARNING: TOP SECRET

1. Brief summary
Privet Comrades of the SCEC.
So I think that you all need to see this. It not just only messed up my mind but gave me a sheer amount of fear of how not going through or doing something totally alone but still the training held me up so I was doing just fine even I was in a system where it technically jammed my 'Navigation Maps'.

2. Details & Footage
[+] Top Secret #1
Code:
>As I was generally patrolling through the 'Omicron Delta' system as my daily patrol and collection of information I happen to go to the 'Zoner' installation commonly known as 'Freeport 11' to check what  I can gather or seek out by whatever means I can. So I casually head towards the base and in the meantime I dock there.
Code:
>After some time I go to the bar after getting clearance of everything. I tried to talk to every one of the persons in the bar but no dice, until I met this person named as 'Jason Owen Miller' who gave me some really valuable information about this 'Jumphole' of course I had to pass some credits for that.
Code:
>Owen said about this Jump hole that can be found near the sector 5B of 'Omicron Delta'. Still he was unsure but he knew what he was talking, he even resisted me and talked about having 'heavy protection' before going in there or whatever one would do.
[+] Top Secret #2
Code:
>I went in the docking bays, start my engines and launch from the 'Freeport 11'. I was quite nervous because he was shaking when he gave me the information, still without any problem I go to my designated way point and find the anomaly he was talking about.
Code:
>It was labelled as 'Omicron Chi'. It made me think for a second that it mightn't be aligned. Though I had to take the risk. Luckily and fortunately it was perfectly aligned and without wasting any moment, I dock and jump in 'that' system.
Code:
>The silent gave me chills down my spine. It was nothing , even the term 'nothing' stays questionable in this arena. Navigation systems were nothing but a black screen of nothingness. It was too quiet, I expected 'Nomads' or anything but It was too damn quiet.
[+] Top Secret #3
Code:
>System is nothing but a blank. Though there were three stars. The radiation wasn't that much of a problem but it was surely bad for my hull in every ways. After some time checking upon my surroundings I head to a way point.
Code:
>After travelling for some time, it felt like there was someone with me , watching me as I take my points in the 'particular' system. It felt really weird. The calmness was just a cherry on the top. I can't stop saying this but , nothing is low compared to the designated system. After flying for sometime I reach a 'Mine field' which was absolutely terrifying for me. Literally one hit from the mines disabled my entire 'Shield Generator' glad it wasn't permanent.
Code:
> Glad I rethought and went through a different path , even though I didn't found anything , I happen to stumble upon the 'Omicron Kappa' jump hole in that very system I was in and jumped as my heart wanted it more than anything.
Code:
> I got out of there as soon as possible. It felt really good but the rumors 'Owen' gave me was rather unusual. He said there resides a 'Planet' in the 'Omicron Chi' system. Guess I think we have something for us Dr.Belov.

Major's Order - Increasing the Influence
[Image: doGxgWY.jpg][Image: rt8cMTo.png]
From: Task Force Major Anatoliy Grachov
To: All Available "Sipukha" Agents

Agents. It is time for us to get some connections outside of the Coalition. Remember the gentle approach and not scare off anyone - your task is to not get an ideological influence, but to befriend them and to achieve some kind of mutual benefit out of them. And in any case, under any circumstances, do not mention our task force's existance. Make yourself a fitting biography. But "Sipukha" must remain undiscovered.

REPORT # Intruders in 'New Moscow' system.

From: 'Lt. Alaxander Stanislavsky'
To: SCEC High Command
WARNING: TOP SECRET

1. Brief summary
Privet Comrades.
Another victory for the motherland. These 'AI' bypassed our security somehow and got in our sector. Sadly they met their demise and on top of that we came victorious.

2. Details & Footage

After getting the secured communication from 'Major Grachov' about the possible intruders in our system, I waited no long, I hailed the crew of the battle cruiser 'Kronshtadt' and after some time, we docked out from the station heading towards the designated system. Time was pretty short , glad that 'Major' wasn't attacked or anything and also the Comrade 'Pulya'. After sometime, I reached the jump hole leading to the 'New Moscow' system where the possible rendezvous point was.

There were 3 AI ships. 2 being the Core Vessels or they called it the 'Large one' whatever and one was the possible 'Condor' class gunboat. The comrades wanted to know their intentions but what more can you expect from a toaster and there was three of them. Threat level was pretty high but still due to 'Major's' order , we were standing by. After some time the CPW- 'Stalingrad' showed up to support. Which was a great timing of course and they begin to attack which was a suicide itself. The fight goes on and we manage to destroy one of the core vessels.

We did it and after some time we manage to destroy the other 2 ships happening to be the 'Condor' and the Core vessel of the AI. It was a blissful moment for us, the entire motherland itself. Despite taking some damage , we manage to become victorious at a sheer height and happen to get some valuable items for the Comrades of the Science Division. Dr. Belov , you'll love this. Hope the High command be proud of our accomplishments.

INCOMING TRANSMISSION

BYSTRINA EXPEDITION

REPORT SUMMARY #825-010

Omega 47 Defence
Location: Omega 47
Type: defensive battle
Status: decisive victory
Scientific value: <RESEARCH DATA OBTAINED>

Yesterday "Bystrina" expeditionary fleet received reports from SCRA that there was an ongoing incursion of unknown ships into the home system of allied RHA. The following assets were dispatched:
  • CPRV "Kardashev"
  • Escort CPW "Stepan Razin"
  • "Sipukha" CPW "Kronshtadt"
  • "Sipukha" CPW "Pripyat"
  • Personal fighter of Dr. Virtanen

We assisted a big combined fleet of SCRA, Coalition Militsiya and RHA forces with numerous capital ships, including Premiere's flagship CPW-Lenin. A few IMG forces were spotted as well, protecting Madeira Construction Site that appeared to be attacked by the invaders. There were also spotted two Crayterian ships that RHA were not pleased to see in their system without permission. The enemy was represented in heavily modified variants of Sirius civilian ships with unknown technology.

Overall, the battle was won without losses. However, significant damage was inflicted to most of the ships and repairs at a shipyard are now required. The risk was calculated and the operation turned out to be a success as expeditionary forces managed to obtain valuable remains. We also managed to extract research data from the salvaged computers. The alloys of the debris as well as data obtained can significantly contribute to our research efforts in several projects and benefit the People of the Coalition. The study of the aforementioned remains are to be commenced on Mykolaiv immediately.

The skirmishes were a manifestation of the Revolutionary might and an illumination of the uupcoming turn of events in Omegas. The massive combined fleet of Red Hessians and the Coalition will shaken the very foundation of the existing order in Omegas and lay the basis for further workers' uprising under the Red Banner throughout Sirius. We anticipate this Day eagerly and for now do what is required of us to do. Hail the Coalition!

Comrades, the "Baku Depot" successfully established on polar Jiang Xi orbit, and warehouses on it ready to serve People's Republic logistical needs.

Station core itself is ex-"Jiang XI Orbital", which as known, was left from attention due cadre rearrangements in Ministry of Plenty, and without orbit correcting caused damages to abandoned Merzig Depot.

Allow to it burn in planet's atmosphere would've been unacceptable waste of People's resources; and our cosmo-engineers used heavy lifters to tow the station to stable polar orbit. Repair teams began immediately pressurize hull and refurbish logistic architecture of station. By effort of our workers, in short time were restored crew cabins, hangars and storages. Renewed station was named in regard to great economic projects of previous Minister of Plenty.

We hope, our work will forward plans, mentioned in request #1.
