Consequences:
You ask a Ship to drop his cargo and he responds with a 'Good day' and you blast him to pieces. Not sufficient RP, but also, you need to have a good look t your ID. I am sure that the Ship, in question, filled none of the criteria for you to shoot him.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. I would like to appeal this sanction.
I was with another player in the New York system. I was playing SCRA and him an Outcast. We were being pursued by multiple players of the LSF faction. I did not RP message him, because he had already announced his intentions. I opened fire after he had already engaged the Outcast BS that I was with. They were beating us, I ran after we got split up. I was pursued and docked at a nuetral station. I now was RPing with him. A little banter about round 2. I undocked and now fought 2 of them in liberty cruisers. I was destroyed, told them well fought and logged off.
1. I was in a group with the ship they started firing at
2. They were chasing us and it made sense to me, them being LSF and chasing after us
3. I followed the rules and did not go out in that system for 2 hours or go after them with another character
4. Above it is stated that I told them to drop their cargo and them opened fire. I never do that with {SCRA}Navarin. I usually state "Hostile Warship inbound, commerce raiding, man your life pods". The Battlecruiser I am using states that it was built to break through the lines, which I interrupted to fill them same function as Uboats or German pocket battleships in WW2.
This happened in Dublin, so I have no idea of the incident that you are mentioning.
