Special thanks to the Unioners Player Faction for taking the lead.

Please make more huge events like this ot a few weeks ago in Omega-11; they are much more fun.

I will be writing up a hessian event soon.

Seemed like an awesome event, sad I just got home and didn't make it there Sad

But I guess inner house lawful vs outlaw skirmishes with multiple factions involved would be awesome to do monthly , even weekly Smile

I think that would be quite fun.

This event should be by registation slots, cause it was unfair a little bit by the Liberty side.

I think Liberty over-reaction with their cap redeployment was totally understandable. Both sides were adjusting to one another, and people like to whip their ships out, which is why we unlawfuls decided to call it a day when the respawn timer ran out as PVP wasn't really doable beyond that point after realising we didn't have enough bombers, gunboats, cruisers, or battleships around from the entire unlawful side participating in the event to reaction-switch. Easy mistake to make. Maybe a well-placed nemp fired by a sacrificial decloaker ship could have evened it out, but that would have been against the spirit of the event. Liberty was losing the midgame cap fight to everything the unlawfuls had, so brought everything they had in response, which, being Liberty, was a lot more. It happens.

Kudos to Liberty for doing smart, dynamic things like keeping the fight in clear battle lines, using your fighters as jump hole and gate scouts, and resisting the urge to camp the gate and the hole blasting everyone who came out the far side. Would totally do the event again despite it being an uphill fight for unlawfuls. That kinda' made it more fun than your average Bering defence.

I will be writing up a hessian event soon.

As long it is not Hessians against Unioners or Corsairs I will be in; but unfortunaly I have no Hessian ships atm - same for Unioners and as Maltese player I have no Corsair ship of course.

Liberty is known to have the capacity to deploy in a short time a large fleet of caps and snubs. The unlawfuls, us, we decided to start the event with our snubs forces and see the situation on the battleground. For an equal fight with the fighters, in the same time, there was 1 bs, and 5 BC. Then we brought our caps to defeat the lawful fleet. As said Taeni, at midgame, our fleet destroyed the enemy caps. But Liberty brought all the availaible caps. At the end, Liberty had 2 bs, 6 cruisers and battlecruisers. The unlawfuls had to make a choice. We can't log in a same time caps and snubs. We fought 2 bs, 6-7 battlecruisers and cruisers, 2 GB, and 5-6 snubs with 2 bs, 5 cruisers and 2-3 snubs, ten minuts before the end. This situation was totally expected, but nothing compared to the Navy siege in Bering with 20 caps and 5-6 snubs vs 1 bs and 2 cruisers.

In this way, we can say this event stayed funny and pleasant.

Imo, it was amazing how many large ships the unlawful side could get in there. Even though it really tilted towards lawful overkill, it was fun and tense fighting for a very long time. I feel the unlawful side players deserve most credit for that. Kudos!
